Close to the metro train system and handy to restaurants and the marina.

Our host was supposed to meet us at the property to let us in as they had asked for our arrival time. We informed them it would be after midnight but they still insisted they would meet us. On arrival to the property we were met with a security officer who was very helpful but our hosts hadn’t appeared or weren’t answering our messages or phone calls. About 40 minutes later we were inside. Slept badly as the bed was very very hard. On further inspection in the sunlight hours we found the property shower hadn’t been cleaned and in general the property was in-fact in a need of a good clean. Sinks and shower quite mouldy. We contacted the host and said a cleaning team would come in and clean again. Amazingly we were contacted and told the cleaning staff didn’t have a key as it had been lost and asked if we would wait in the room for them to arrive. We told them we were on holiday and didn’t want to waste our time on sitting in the room. No cleaning team arrived. The air conditioning vents were filthy and needed a good clean, there were food scrap marks on the walls near the bins. Unfortunately the room was very tired. Power sockets in the kitchen did not work upon arrival. Host advised they would send a technician. We figured out a faulty toaster was tripping a fuse. The host did not offer to replace the faulty toaster. There were no instructions on how to operate appliances like TV and washing machine. On TV remote did not work. Two supplied irons, both leaked when used.
