Nice but old furniture

The location is especial it is close to marina& metro station carffor supermarket

I would like to make sure that the apartment has been well maintained , such as air conditioning and showers water, before handing over

The place was nice and great location. The washer and dryer was the best part.

My check in process was horrible and made us miss several business meeting. We paid to check in on Wednesday, so we could check in at 7AM on Thursday. Because the management company did not handle the id part of staying in a place and not answering the phone or text messages, we could not check in until almost 11am. Understand the situation, not only were we trying to call, even the front desk was calling and got no response until after 10. So what if this was a real life emergency?????? Did they refund us our money for at least one day? NO Since would could not check in until almost what a Thursday check in would have allowed.

Location was great. Apartment was big too. Nice kitchen equipment. The host helped us with the luggage which we appreciated.

We were made to wait for passport verifications despite sending them before hand. This was not a good experience. The host was not very responsive. Some of the messages weren’t replied to. The worst was when the host came unannounced to our house early morning on the day of check out. He actually walked into each room for an inspection which I thought was rude and uncomfortable.
