A gorgeous apartment, would recommend despite some communication issues

The location of this apartment was fab! 30 second walk from the marina and marina views from the (small) balcony. A very clean, well equipped, modern and spacious apartment with everything you needed for a stay. Supermarket next door was useful. Rooftop pool had lovely views. Would overall recommend!

Communication was unfortunately lacking throughout the week. We were told there was luggage storage but on landing at 8am, we received a message saying there was no luggage storage. In the end, we were able to leave our cases with the Receptionist for a small charge but this obviously caused some stress wondering what to do with large cases for 7 hours. When we came back at 3pm to check in, the Receptionist informed us that our hosts should have provided our check in details, so we then had to message asking for this information. The reception is the building reception, not the apartment reception, so they cannot offer the assistance the hosts kept suggesting. We also asked for the gym access card (which also got you into the toilet/shower for the rooftop pool) for a number of days and kept getting told we would receive it later that day, over and over again. We did not receive the card for 5 days. On check out, we received two messages and a phone call at 10.59am which seemed a little excessive, given their lack of help/communication with us during our stay. If the communication was improved, our stay would have been faultless! Also worth noting not to spray anything near the fire alarm which is wired into the wall near the kitchen - it went off three times during our stay and you cannot turn it off (just have to wait it out, it does go off eventually!)

The table in the living room wasn’t quite clean, the part of it was covered with the pink dry yogurt, I just pretended I don’t see it anymore, as it was not a big deal

Enjoyed our stay but would probably look for a hotel if returning to Dubai.

The reception staff at the property were really helpful. The location was convenient for the marina, mall, supermarkets, JBR beach, pier 7, Bluewaters island. The room was fairly modern, big TV, clean, had good facilities and the bed was comfortable. Free parking in basement.

Property is next to mosque so got woken up every morning at 5am. Very small balcony, not really big enough to sit out on. Not a lot of room around pool, beds very close together and not well placed for sun early and late in day. As for simply comfort, we booked 6 months in advance, paid in full a week before and confirmed our arrival time, then 48 hours before our arrival they tried to “upgrade” us to a different location nearby, which was actually nowhere near. On arrival we had no internet for 2 days until they sorted out an engineer and then our lights also went out and they had to send someone to sort this out. All communication is through Whattsapp.

Great location, make sure you understand the check in before you arrive

Great location but the check in and check out is frustrating to say the least. You will receive a message telling someone will meet you at the location and show you around, but this doesn’t happen. The building reception tells you the host will contact you. The host will reply with automated messages. So make sure you get instructions before you arrive. There is no place to store your luggage if you arrive early. You can pay per hour for the building management to keep it at reception. The apartment is spacious and the view is very nice.

Some basics can be improved like an iron that does not leak water and more than just one towel for the week.

Although the studio is very pleasant, the bed is too small for two people, they left us only 2 towels for 10 days, the studio is extremely noisy due to the AC from the adjacent building, the electronic lock did not work properly (we never managed to open it on the first try), and there was a leaking seal in the kitchen sink."

The windows overlook the neighboring building where the hoods work around the clock and the sound is as if a car is parked nearby and honking, it is impossible to relax on the balcony, so do not count on relaxation with a view, as well as sleep with such noise. Separately, I would like to note the terrible service, no one will meet you, will not help you or advise you, they will not even answer you if you call.

Las vistas.

La ubicación frente a la mezquita resultó muy incómoda, ya que a las 4:30 de la madrugada el sonido era extremadamente fuerte y me despertaba cada día, lo que hizo imposible descansar bien. El apartamento en sí tiene potencial porque es bonito, pero está claramente descuidado y necesita mejor mantenimiento. Es una pena que no lo cuiden más. Por mi experiencia, no volvería a hospedarme y no lo recomiendo.

Прекрасный вид на пристань для яхт ! Вау ! Очень красиво. Чисто инстаграмная картинка . От метро минут 7-9 пешком. Неподалеку алкогольный магазин, по пути от метро. Рядом все есть. Хороший бассейн на 27 этаже. В самой квартире все было. Очень удобная кровать.

Попросили залог, который не был упомянут при бронировании. Но в итоге с нас его не взяли, ибо смогли договориться , ибо на него не рассчитывали. Еще минус , что не было европейской розетки, пришлось покупать переходники.

arrivo alla sera nonostante abbia spedito i documenti in anticipo non mi hanno inviato i codici ed ho dovuto aspettare, la chiusura della porta non apre, la manutenzione del condominio dice che qualcosa non va lo segnalo ma dicono che va tutto bene spendendo ogni volta 15 minuti per riuscire ad entrare. Ultimo giorno la porta non apre più aspetto 1,5 ore nel corridoio aspettando che qualcuno arrivi ad aprire la batteria era scarica e necessitava di un software update dove secondo l'host eravamo noi "inesperti". Oltre a questo casa pulita superficialmente con bottiglie vuote sotto il divano e pacchetti di sigarette sulla poltroncina del balcone. Peccato.

Понравилось почти все , очень классный отель видно что все новое недавно построили, на крыше 27го этажа бассейн тёплый с видом на Марину, в номере есть все для комфортного проживания чайник тостер микроволновка стиральная машина и к ней даже гель для стирки. Телевизор с ютубом хороший вай фай и мини балкон. Даже прилагается парковочное место есди есть машина. Вход на двери по коду что очень удобно не нужно таскать с собой ключи. Ещё также есть мини тренажёрный и парился но мы ей не пользовались. Не понравилось что в туалете запах оо канализации и шампуни были только при въезде когда просили заменить их долго не могли принести и так и не принесли. Ещё уборка видимо не входит в стоимость
