Dubai Marina 1BR with Balcony, Near Metro, Walk to JBR beach & Marina Promenade

Location and staff were fabulous. Responses from the owners were excellent and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again

The pool area was not to our liking so we just used the beach 10 minutes away

Firstly, the host was absolutely amazing super welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. They personally showed me around the apartment and explained how everything worked. Any time I had a question or a small issue, they replied incredibly quickly and sorted it out straight away they even ordered me a toaster when I mentioned there wasn’t one, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated to a very high standard and feels really homely and cosy, especially important as I was staying for a longer period of time. The maid service coming a few times during my stay was also a huge bonus and made everything feel even more comfortable and looked after. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Just a 1-minute walk to the Marina, less than 5 minutes to JBR, and only a few minutes walk to the metro Everything is right on your doorstep restaurants, beach, transport, and shops truly perfect.

The apartment itself was faultless, however the building does show its age a little. Being on a main road, it can get quite noisy at night from traffic and the tram, and the windows don’t block out as much sound as you’d hope. The gym in the building is also quite old and tired compared to the standard of the apartment itself. In addition, traffic around this exact location can be a bit of a nightmare at peak times, which is something to be aware of if you’re driving. That said, these are minor points and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay.
