Situé sur la Marina, bon emplacement. À proximité du centre commercial de la Marina, de la plage JBR. Piscine avec coin ombragé. Restaurants au pied de l’immeuble, vue partielle sur la grande roue. La tyrolienne passe à proximité.
Quelques malfaçons dans les toilettes. Évier de la salle de bain bouché lequel a été rapidement résolu.

Замечательная квартира с панорамным окном в гостиной и балконом с невероятным видом на набережную Дубай-Марина. Все необходимые условия для комфортного проживания, чем мы с удовольствием пользовались все дни отпуска. Плюс шикарное расположение. Все рядом- погулять, покушать, скупиться и поплавать. Девушка хозяйка всегда была на связи, пошла нам на встречу с нашим мега-ранним заездом и помогала советами. Очень ей благодарны❤️
