Very pleasant stay, perfect value for money.

Very close to the Marina beach, Dubai marina, pedestrian area, tram, grocery.

The windows do not seal properly, so the morning "call" from the mosque was a daily early wake up.

A lovely stay in an ideal location

Location was ideal, supermarket next to the building, short walk to JBR. Money exchange and restaurants close by. Short walk to marina mall. The apartments as spacious and had all we needed. It was comfortable and staff were helpful.

The apartment was very spacious! The views from the balconies were amazing . Spectacular views of Al Ain and the sea. The apartment was cleaned every alternate day and bedsheets and towels changed . There are supermarkets within the complex and both the marina and JBR were a short walk away .Tufel greeted us on arrival at the concierge and was incredibly helpful - made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. He provided us with his WhatsApp number so we could contact him at any time we needed help or required anything for our apartment and our requests were always very swiftly met . We would recommend the apartment and really appreciated the services of Tufel .

Royal Beach Residence - 1 week stay

The location of this property was excellent and close to everything that we were interested in doing while in Dubai. The apartment itself was fabulous - very clean, good facilities, comfortable beds and great views! The staff were friendly and helpful and there was always somebody in reception if needed.

Our stay at the Royal beach residence was comfortable, Wonderful!

Mr. Hussain- concierge was very helpful, courteous, always had a smile, a good man. He helped us booking our tours, even getting us the taxi that fits 4 people, made appointment for our covid test and test was done at our place. If we have any questions or issues ,they were addressed in timely manner. My family had a wonderful stay, smooth mainly because of the help of Mr. Hussain. He should be training staff how to be an excellent worker. He is excellent! Housekeeping, maintenance staff were all great. The views from our rooms were AMAZING! Dubai is beautiful, the place and it's people

The location was perfect. the views were stunning!!

Couple of little things in the apartment didn’t work. the automatic curtains didn’t work properly and the key cards didn’t work the whole time we were there, so had to use a good old fashioned metal key. but other than that, it was perfect!

The concierge person Tufel, was a great and very helpful person. Our flight timing was around 8am and we have to leave the apartment early. The guy Tufel wokeup at 4am and had given our security deposit money back. As I and my spouse had read some bad reviews about the deposit money and were worried about it but the concierge person was very responsible, well mannered and we greatly appreciate his help (Tufel). Make sure to avoid delays, better to pay your deposit by cash.

Relaxing stay

Mr Hussain was the most respectful staff at any hotel reception I ever visited in my life. He was at our service the whole time even after work hours to arrange for anything we needed.

Location and view from the hotel were magical. You can never get bored even if you are staying in the hotel.

It’s spacious and the location is great I booked 2 apartments and they nicely allowed me to pay half of the deposit for both,

No cleaning service and no cleaning equipments Some of the equipments were broken Water was leaking in the bathroom It takes a long time until you get assistance for whatever you ask.
