This place is just awesome and walkable distance to the marina and also the metro station. There are restaurants and grocery stores at a walkable distance. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures. The property was well maintained. The host is very courteous and extends any kind of help you might need in exploring dubai.
In the small room, keeping our luggage was bit of a problem and we were looking for some luggage rack. Although, there was a cupboard, but an additional storage space might have helped. Again, this is subjective, as we travelled with 2 kids and were carrying good amount of luggage.

Not on the upmarket scale for Dubai however for the great value of money this was not expected

Good location, easy checkin, good space, nice views
Has some wear and tear, would need some small fixes of cupboards, bathroom furniture etc.

Excellent location. 2 balconies with awesome view. Overall well laid apartment. 2 bedrooms with 1 of them a master bedroom with attached toilet. Another toilet was common. Pharmacy/ Grocery shops within 20 metres (24 hour). Tram station 2 mins walking distance. Metro station also within 100 m . Good swimming pool .
