Second home!

After a longer time, I am moving back to Dubai and I am glad that I stayed temporarily in this hotel. I feel at home thanks to all the people at the reception and the friendly atmosphere, the fully equipped room in a clean and beautiful standard, with a great swimming pool and gym. I lacked nothing. I will definitely visit again before I find a new apartment, because I feel at home here.

The staff were friendly but several requests were received but never followed up on.

I had the healthy breakfast which I enjoyed.

The sunrise breakfast. The croissant came in the container with the egg. By the time it arrived the croissant was soggy. We asked if it could go in a separate bag (as toast had done in our first breakfast) but this only happened once.

Maintenance person had to asked to leave the apartment on the day of our arrival as we needed to rest after a long flight and change of time zones.

The rooms were big, nice and very comfortable. There are a lot of extra services available for guests that can be done for free. Great cleanliness. The location is in a quiet residential area.

Cool place but disappointed!

It’s a cool design, colourful and young vibes. Located just on the outskirts of JVC. Not too busy, easy to navigate, not too much traffic. Staff at reception was friendly.

The room itself, not maintained regularly, black dirt fingers prints behind the entrance door that could have easily been cleaned. Only 1 thin duvet cover, 1 face towel and 1 shower towel, not enough for 2 people. Killed 4 flies upon my arrival, another 1 on my last day! Refrigerator motor was too noisy, did not have proper sleep.

It’s a value option - not bad … not great

2nd time staying here …. It’s a value apartment that’s served a purpose … HOWEVER ! The sofa bed is potentially the most uncomfortable bed in the world ! And we had to get a fly zapper to kill the flys … 19 killed !

I do not recommend this place because King bed was 2 single mattresses stuck together. it was very uncomfortable Sofa is really bad. it sinks when you sit on it and with springs poking you they provided only 1 toilet paper roll and 1 towel for a whole week desk chairs are bad to work on and 1 of them is broken Not enough kitchenware (cutlery, dish) garbage chute is disgusting and full of flies shower fills the whole bathroom with water traffic around the locations gets bad

Half Izzilife stay

The space is good value have kitchen and living room.

Some staff—especially the afternoon shift—were not accommodating to guest needs. We requested a dental kit and bedsheets, and although we had booked in advance a twin bed, we were given a king-size room. When we asked for the correct bedsheets because we split the bed, they were not provided, and we had to wait for the midnight shift security to assist us. Fortunately, the midnight staff was helpful. He even transferred us to another room after we returned from dinner and discovered that the room assigned by the midshift had no shower head in the toilet.

The stay is OK - not so good , not so bad.

One point we really appreciated is that the place is pet-friendly and not very strict, which made our stay easier since we had our pet with us. The front desk staff also tried their best to make us feel comfortable and at home, which we truly value

We expected a buffet breakfast, but unfortunately it was not. Instead, breakfast was delivered to our room at 10:00 AM, even though we had requested at reception for it to be served between 8:30–9:00 AM. The food came in small portions and was served in paper containers. We are not satisfied with how the breakfast was arranged, especially since it was never mentioned on the booking.com listing that it would not be a buffet. The expectations were not met during our stay at Izzzi Life Mint. We expected a proper hotel setup, but later found out that it was previously residential and only converted into a hotel apartment. The balcony was very dusty, and we had to request basic items like a water kettle and tissues from the reception—although to be fair, the staff were very responsive to our requests. What was most disappointing is that the amenities advertised, such as badminton and the sky-view cinema on the rooftop, were not actually available.

Overall, it was a convenient place to stay, however it needs some improvements.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. When I needed a phone charger they were able to provide one. I liked the spaciousness of the rooms.

The first thing I noticed and almost turned me away was the smell of the rooms. There is a strong and unpleasant air freshener smell that I think is coming from the air vents. The washroom wasn’t very clean, the tile was scummy feeling. When I took a shower there was no door to it and water went all over the floor. The couch was not comfortable at all, when I first sat down on it I hit a board. I couldn’t use the outdoor furniture either because of the amount of dust covering it.

As a friendly suggestion, I would kindly recommend considering the addition of some entertainment options or amenities that cater to Arab guests, which would further enhance the experience for visitors from the region. I would like to share a few points of feedback that may help enhance the guest experience: I was surprised to be charged an additional fee for late check-in, which I believe could be reconsidered, especially for guests arriving due to travel constraints. The kitchen area lacked sufficient utensils and basic equipment, which made it a bit difficult to use effectively. Additionally, I noticed there were no entertainment materials or content tailored to Arab guests, which could be a valuable improvement given the number of visitors from the region.

Modern studios with nice pool!

The room had everything I needed! Very modern and clean. Nice pool in the yard with some shadow all day, friendly staff.

You can hear the highway, and the elevator makes a loud sound (like a door bell) every time the doors open/close.

Really nice and cozy hotel. Enjoyed the time with hotel facilities, especially rooftop was amazing, nice atmosphere. And the reception (Russian man) was friendly and professional.

Only one thing about guest’s privacy. When I checked in staff knocked the door, and asked about plant. I informed him that there is nothing. He left, and later I requested bottles of water and the staff opened the door with master key and even did not knock the door. It was awful, what if I am naked standing near to the main door. After a while first guy again came to ask about the plant with another colleague. And I informed the same.

1. No toiletries in the room, not even a body wash. 2. No complementary water/ coffee or tea. 3. I almost broke my hip because of a broken chair that was left in the room. 4. You pay 130USD per night to expect something better.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room was very dirty. There was no way the room gets cleaned the way it should. They really need get more time inbetween the visitors as deep cleaning is needed. If photos are needed I can provide. We lived in a lot of Airbnbs/Bookings and this was one of the worst. The facility is great, gym is too small.

Good new aparts, excellent and super friendly staff on the reception, great hard mattresses, good washing machine. Wifi without any problems on zoom calls.

When I complained about something small, izzzi crew was kind enough to respond in a very short time and gave me an upgrade. I was supposed to go to another hotel but extended my stay because of the great customer service by the night security guard from Cameron. From the day I came he was kind and helpful to me. A truly enjoyable stay

I loved everything. The building is new, the apartment was very nice and comfy, fully equipped with all necessities. If something was needed, the staff at the recepition was super friendly, helpfull and forthcoming for even the smallest things! The pool area is impeccable and well maimtained. The closest shopping mall is only a few minutes of a taxi ride away.There is always something going on - the guys and girls from management are organizing events almost every day, so you won't feel bored if you are looking for that. If you want to explore Dubai, they will call you a taxi and off you go! It was a great stay, truly enjoyable,it just felt like home 😊

The only thing which was a bit bothersome were the apartment renovations on our floor, so it got really noisy at times but all in moderation, and they were quck to finish that. In my opinion, there should have been some information for the guests at what times the contractors will be working but all good. There was still quiet time!

Great, modern apartments with all the necessities needed for a convenient stay.

Good location, close to the JVC entrance/exit. There are shops nearby and food delivery apps that made our stay really convenient. The rooms were really nice and colorful, Alexa app was very helpful. Highly recommended. We had 3 pets that came with us and the staff were really accommodating!

Amazing rooms with kitchen, absolutely pet friendly

We had the best time staying there. All rooms have amazing home appliances and a big kitchen which you can stay for long time easily. They have the kindest and caring staff who always have smile and communicate with you. For us, an important factor was that they are the only pet friendly hotel there so that we stayed there with our lovely dog. We thank them for everything. You are great
