Raport calitate-pret corect. Loc de parcare propriu. Daca ai masina, e ok pozitionat sa vizitezi obiectivele importante, maxim 30 min distanta fata de ele.
Ai minimarket aproape, restaurante si farmacii la fel de aproape.
Vis-a-vis e un santier pe care se lucreaza 24/7 si e zgomot tot timpul. Daca treci peste, totul e ok.
Proprietatea nu are nicio vina.
Se putea lucra mai bine la curatenie.

This place became our home away from home! We were so thrilled with our choice of stay in Dubai - this place has everything you need for a long-term stay. The room itself was beautifully designed, comfortable, clean, and exactly as pictured. The host was very welcoming and responsive to our needs - 10 on 10 all around!
The smoke detector in the building is very sensitive and goes off at all hours of the day and night, even when all appliances are shut off. It’s a bit jarring in the middle of the night, but after a while we learned to ignore it. Otherwise, we had no issues with the stay.
