The size of the apartment and the support from the owner.
There was maintenance on the floor and they closed the AC 2 days in the morning till 6:00 pm.

Quick access to private beach, the room was clean and very spacious. Shops inside the residence. Sauna and gym access came in handy.
There was no discount on the price although the swimming pool was not available, Netflix and Prime didn't work, the kitchen is poorly equipped (no frying pan and other necessary items missing), no bathrobes.
The air conditioning is wrongly positioned blowing air in your face if you lie down in bed, so we had to turn it off during the night with outside temperatures between 39 and 47.
