Stunning 1-Bedroom Apartment in Botanica Tower

Great apartment, right size, comfortable bed, comfy couch, clean and well equipped, excellent location for short walks to the Marina, Jumeira Beach and Mina Seyahi beach. The apartment is managed by the owner who was awesome, came to meet me at check-in and went out of her way to make sure I had a place to stay when I got stranded for a few days in Dubai.

Not enough power sockets in the living room when I found myself having to WFH for a few days :D. Somewhat joking, I'd really rate this place as 12 out of 10.

A wonderful apartment on the 34th floor with an amazing view of the marina and nearby skyscrapers. Great location, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. Communication with the owner was excellent and very friendly. Both the marina and JBR beach are within walking distance, just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Taxis can’t stop right in front of the entrance; the pick-up is on the other side of the building, which isn’t a big deal. Other than that, no complaints.

The view from the 34th Floor balcony is amazing and as night falls the towers opposite seem to move towards you. The Dubai Marina is in view and only five minutes walk. Parachutes in the sky daily at Skydive Dubai. The apartment was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Self-catering will save you a huge amount of money in Dubai. Big fridge & big freezer, four hob cooker and oven. Washing machine meant reduction in luggage and a case full of clean clothes on the way home. Big TV which you can plug your own Firestick into so that you get all the channels you would at home. Free underground parking. When I next visit Dubai, I'll be staying here again.

I honestly couldn't fault this place.
