We require copies of passports (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time.
★ ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ★
Standard check-in time is 3 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges!
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we perform a thorough cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please do not smoke inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of 2,500 AED.
★ ACCESS CARD ★
Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
