Location was perfect. Palm Jumeirah is the best, great view of the sea and city from apartment balcony.
The construction work above our room and next door made the mornings horrible. The construction machine sounds and chiseling above at 8:00 am in the morning was not too ideal. Also, the balcony was extremely dirty due to the dust coming from the construction site.

The view and the balcony, access to the swimming pool and the beach was exceptional and amazing.
It’s at the end of the palm jumeriah, the entry and exit at Peak hours takes up to 1 hour plus. Parking is limited.
