Location and close to amenities, we always stay here
Only this time we had issue. We were provided just one entry card at the property and we tried many times with property manager to arrange atleast one more card as we could use onsite facilities together because it was one card per person. We were told second card was lost by last guest before us and they will arrange the second card. But we stayed for 7 days but that didn’t come. Apart from this they did accommodate us for our early check in as our flight was very early which was great.

The property is in a good location and clean when you stay after that if you want someone to come to clean during your stay is payable. And note that this is kind or AirBnB than hotel apartment. The host Mark is very welcoming and helpful. It was very easy to contact them. It is also a bit confusing to find the apartment and also way out to the Main Street. Everything else is great including the view of the master bed.
That cleaning service is not included.

Manager asked to pay Dubai Tourist Tax over WhatsApp via a link, it was mentioned nowhere in the offer, nor included in Booking com price, unlike other locations in Dubai I previously stayed. So effective price is higher than claimed in the offer, and the payment by link over WhatsApp looked like a scam to me.
Property didn’t provide enough blankets for the 4 people, and tried to charge extra, which is nonsense. Guest manager was reluctant to solve the requests.
We were given just one key and one access card, which was not enough for 4 persons.
Overall it was rather a mediocre experience, at the verge of scam.
