The idea of the place, the location and the decoration.
After all, I'd say it was a bit too pricey for a night. Also, we struggled with the jacuzzi - took us ages to figure out how to turn the bubbles off. It was late.

Music playing from a room next door all night, no sound proofing between rooms - had to complain to staff at 5am to get it turned off
