Poor pre booking communication. Clunky contactless key entry that didnt always work as sell as it should. No information in the appartment.

Amazing Family Stay in Dubai

The property is in walking distance to public beach, Eye of Dubai, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation is also very close to the tram station (5 minutes) and DMCC train station (10-15 minutes). The unit has been tastefully renovated and feels like a brand new apartment. The master bedroom has views to the beach and marina. The master bedroom also has its own ensuite. There are 4 bedrooms all together including a little room with a single bed and its own toilet. You will need to walk through the laundry to get to this room that is ok. There is an extra bathroom in the hallway and a toilet next to the kitchen for the others to use. The beds were nicely done including clean towels and toiletries upon our arrival. There are washing machine, iron, iron table, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots and pans in the unit that came very handy. There is a pharmacy and a very good grocery store downstairs that is very convenient. The swimming pool is medium size but we found it very lovely with great view of Eye of Dubai. The pool water is heated in winter and remains open unit 9:45pm. Our host Normy was great and very responsive. They let us in the unit before the usual 3pm check in time that made our first day experience even better. I highly recommend this place for families to stay and have great time in Dubai.

There could be a washing dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. However there are drying racks on the balcony and a kettle in the kitchen to use.

سكنت في شقة من ثلاثة غرف نوم وثلاث دورات مياه إضافة لغرفة عاملة منزلية بدورة مياه. كانت الشقة واسعة جدا ومريحة ومستوى التأثيث جيد جداً، الشقة ضمن برج سكني من 44 طابق، تتوفر به مواقف سيارات مجانية كما توجد مغسلة ملابس وبقالة في الموقع، تمتاز الشقة بوقوعها في منطقة جي بي آر ومنطقة مرسى دبي، وعلى بعد 5 دقائق مشي من البحر.

ازدحام الطرق في نهاية الأسبوع، ووقت الخروج المبكر عند الساعة العاشرة صباحا.

Tolles Apartment mit schlechten W-Lan und Schlüssel System

Die Lage ist ganz gut. Direkt an der Marina. Das Apartment ist mit 5 Zimmern sehr groß. 3 sehr große Schlafzimmer, mit Doppelbetten. 1 Kleines Zimmer mit einem 1 Bett. 3 Bädern und einem Gäste Klo. Es können somit 7 Personen Übernachten. Es wird zwischen durch nicht gereinigt. Das muss man selber übernehmen. Was aber dank aller vorhandenen Utensilien kein Problem darstellt. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Somit kann man die Handtücher auch mal selber Waschen. In die Stadt braucht man mit dem Auto 30-40 min. Nur ist der Verkehr in Dubai Next Level. Nichts für ungeübte Fahrer. Um da durch zu kommen, braucht man schon eine Menge Fahr Erfahrung und starke Nerven. Es gehören zum Apartment 2 Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage dazu. Der Pool ist ganz ok und reicht aus um zu Schwimmen. Ein Gym und viele Lebensmittel Läden sind im Komplex. Das ganz große Minus weswegen ich das Apartment nicht wieder buchen würde, ist das W-Lan und die Schlüssel. W-Lan gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer. Alle anderen Zimmer sind ohne. Ausserdem kommst du nur mit einer App ins Apartment. Das Heisst es gibt keinen Schlüssel. Hast du kein Wlan oder Internet kommst du nicht ins Apartment. Weder bei der Anreise noch während des Aufenthalst. Was ein Riesen Großes Minus ist. Ausserdem kannst du in ganz Dubai nicht über WhatsApp telefonieren. Deshalb sollte man sich schon zu Hause ein VPN Program runterladen. Dadurch hat man eine IP Adresse aus einem anderen Land und kann somit über WhatsApp telefonieren.

Hallo liebe Leute ich kann nur sagen super Lage an der und das Hotel war einfach nur erste Klasse alles sehr sehr sehr sauber sehr freundlich alle dort sehr nett und kann nur jeden empfehlen so eine Übernachtung sein Urlaub zu verbringen👍👍👍👍
