We had a pleasant stay here

Location was close to all amenities, There is a Carrefour close by. Apartment was neat and clean. Enough Kitchenware & serve ware were available in the apartment

1. Only one access card was available. So when we go out/ come back separately we had to wait or seek assistance from reception. 2. No facility to keep luggage till check in time if you arrive early.

La vue magique depuis le balcon sur la Marina

L'emplacement de la Sparkle Tower est idéale dans la Marina. Tout est à proximité, même la plage. On peut marcher lelong de la Marina sur les deux berges, il y a un supermarché juste dessous, une petite piscine accessible et la grande tour et la plage gratuite à 10 min à pieds.

Superbe vue sur la marina. A 5 min de la plage

La vue sur la marina du 28 ème étage est exactement celle de l'annonce ! Superbe vue. Grand, confortable, pratique. Plutôt bien situé avec une sortie directe sur la promenade le long de la marina. 5 min de la plage.

L'agence n'avait pas averti de mon arrivée. Donc le gardien hésitait à me laisser rentrer.

الشقق ممتازة، حجزت شقة مكونة من غرفتي نوم وثلاث دورات مياه وصالة ومطبخ متكامل ، يوجد فيها شرفتين، واحدة في الصالة مع جلسة، والأخرى في غرفة النوم الرئيسية، الموقع ممتاز يوجد مواقف سيارات سفلي مجاني، ومسبح، وأمان عالي، ومطلة على المارينا (إطلالة رائعة)، ويوجد أسفل المبنى ماركت كارفور خدمة 24 ساعة وكذلك صيدلية خدمة 24 ساعة، والجي بي آر قريب مشي لمدة 5 دقائق فقط، والمالك متعاون جداً ويتواصل عن طريق الواتس أب، أنصح بها للعائلات، فالمكان مناسب جداً.

جيده لكن لن تتكرر بسبب المضيف لا يتجواب لاي مشكله تحدث او عطل تم دفع مبلغ 5900 واقوم باصلاح دورة المياه لاستخدامها ؟؟

النظافه والموقع وجميع المتطلبات موجوده من غساله ومكينه القهوة واجهنا عطل في دورة المياه وادارة البرج طلبت مني التواصل مع المضيف وعند التواصل مع المضيف لم يتجواب معي

Me hubiese quedado a vivir allí, para el resto de mis días!

Todo me pareció muy bien. No voy a detallar todo lo que tenía, porque figura en la descripción. Pero todo estaba completo hasta el último detalle. Dormitorio amplio y con una cama grande. Una terraza de unos diez metros de larga, con unas vistas impresionantes sobre el río (es lo que más me ha gustado y me quedaba embelesado cada vez que lo veía); dos armarios amplios, baño muy completo y amplio, también. Me hubiese quedado a vivir allí, para el resto de mis días! Muchas gracias por la experiencia.
