Everything was excellent!
The location is amazing, right in the marina center and very close to the beach. The apartment was spotless and modern, located on the 36th floor with an incredible view.
The accommodation staff were very kind and helpful.
We will definitely come back!

The property is large, airy, and clean. The facilities in the property were working well and I had everything I needed. It felt like a home from home setup.
The communal space and lifts need updating. The decor in the property is a bit dated, could do with being brought up to date. There were no provisions for basics like washing up liquid or kitchen towels.

الشقة كما هي في الصور
نظيفة ومرتبة وواسعة يوجد بها غرفتين نوم واحدة بسرير دبل وحمام خاص والثانية يوجد بها سريرين ويوجد في الشقة مطبخ وثلاث حمامات واحد منهم في الصالة ولا يوجد به دش ( مروش )
الإنترنت السرعة مقبولة قليلاً ، يوجد بها بلكونة ( شرفة ) صغيرة تتسع لمقعدين فقط وتتسع لخمسة اشخاص وقوفاً ، الاطلاله روعة مرفق صوره حديثة من تصويري ، يوجد موقف سيارة خاص بالشقة فقط ، الشقة تقع في الطابق 36 وفي اسفل البرج صيدلية وسوبرماركت 24 ساعة
يبعد ممشى ال جي بي آر اقل من ثلاث دقائق مشياً على الأقدام
عملية الدخول والخروج من المواقف مزعجة ومتعبة جداً في اغلب الاوقات خصوصاً في اوقات الذروة
حيث ان الدخول للمواقف بالقرب من اشارة مرور دائماً مزدحمة
والخروج متعب جداً حيث ان بوابة الخروج على مدخل ال GBR جي بي آر ودائماً مزدحم
يعيب على الشقة أن الدخول الساعة الرابعة عصراً وهذا غريب ولأول مره اجد هذا الأمر في فنادق وشقق دبي
اما تسجيل الخروج الساعة 11 صباحاً وهذا أيضاً متعب جداً

Отличное расположение, до пляжа JBR 5 мин пешком. Вид с балкона потрясающий. Апартаменты большие, всё необходимое для жизни есть.
