Location and accessibility. Good communication with host.
Parking is a little tricky but hosts do provide video. Ask them in advance. Daily cleaning is a better idea. Do inform them in advance, they told us so.

Location and local facilities are great close to beach
It was a old property in need of some cosmetic upgrades but everything full functional , the building currently under going renovations but did not impact our stay.
