Got scammed by Rayson at Penthouse. He came to our room and painted a lovely picture, 15 000aed later and hes still asking us to purchase more. Terrible experience at Penthouse

Unprofessional

We were group of 9. When we arrived the hotel for check-in, the manager at the check-in informed us that “booking.com” didn’t send our reservation to the hotel, although the hotel have acknowledged our booking and requests in our booking.com messaging system. They wanted to shift us to another hotel, where we refused and then made us wait almost 3 hours until evening time, but at the end gave us an upgrade. The whole process was so frustrating. But the upgrade made somehow better.

Me encanto el alojamiento, lo tiene todo, playa , piscina, nightlife. Me encanto la atencion de Bassel en la recepción para el check in y check out, muy atento!

Divertimento garantito, il sonno , un po’ meno…

Servizio e pulizia.. il personale molto cortese. Party di lunedì a lunedì sia in piscina che nei bar, nelle disco.. luogo perfetto per chi cerca divertimento

La musica è troppo forte fino a tardi. Si sentiva tantissimo, per chi a problemi di dormire con i rumori non consiglio. Ho soggiornato nel appartamento al 14 piano con vista mare, magari le camere verso la città si sente meno rumori . Per chi piace divertimento, festa diurne e notturne è la struttura perfetta, per chi cerca la tranquillità non tanto..
