FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel Apartments

- Cleaning and arranging the room, very poor and unprofessional. - There was a bad smell all the time in the bathroom. - We were late to have the room ready. We got it around 5.00 PM. - The last night we could not sleep as there were shouting and loud voices coming from our floor till 5.00 o'clock in the morning - It seems that the door of the big freezer was left open for a very long time upon our arrival, and it formed a very thick layer of ice preventing the door from closing. In order to stop the melting of the ice and drops of water on the floor, I had to remove the drawers of the freezer, store them away enabling the door to close firmly. I informed the cleaning person about this matter to take care for next time, and I told him that after we leave the room he should make a defrost for the freezer and return the drawers to their respective places. - Excuse my comments, but be sure that they are positive and not destructive ones as we care helping you keep the Hotel in a good position.

10/10 locatie, plaja, curatenie, personal, totul 5 stele !

La plaja nu se poate veni cu propria mancare ( abia au acceptat pt copii) doar consumatie de la ei ( dar au mancare si cafea foarte bune, merita banii) , plaja fiind privata , nu se accepta sa stam pe jos, cand nu mai au locuri libere, deoarece este un hotel pt adulti mai mult si nu au multe sezlonguri! Nu este un hotel kids friendly deoarece dupa ora 14 piscinele si plaja se umple de oameni pt club , mai indecenti , stiti dvs Club☺️, dar ca hotel 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
