Estate Of Ord

Lovely staff, super friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean with a lovely rooms and a cosy fireplace. My partner made use of the spa facilities and was raving about her massage from Claire. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a really quiet place well away from traffic noise. It has extensive gardens which are fantastic to walk around and the fairy garden is super fun. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and well supplied with tea, coffee etc. There is also plenty bottled water. The food is very good. Breakfast is plentiful and cooked to order. Dinner is delicious. We were a party of 4 in 2 rooms and all agreed that we would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us and made sure our stay was as good as they could make it. Big shout out to Holly who was exceptional.

If we had any minor issues I would say that food service could be a little slow. However, that said, the fod was cooked fresh to order and was delicious when it arrived.

Very friendly staff. Excellent food Great room

Charming building, fine location. Pleasant bedroom.

Expensive for what we experienced, but very capable of becoming excellent. Felt a bit like a work in progress. The food was indifferent, the service likewise - charming and helpful young waitress, but knew little about the menu and nothing about the drink, so could not advise. Limited and unadventurous evening menu, excellent breakfast. The public rooms were great and the bedroom good, but the bathroom was poorly lit and the water pressure unacceptably low for the shower.
