Clean and nicely decorated. Easy to access with clear instructions in advance. Private car park off road. Room had a decent en-suite and shower. Beds very comfortable.
The only thing was that our twin room had no space for hanging clothes or drawers for storing clothes. This meant we effectively had to live out of suitcases for four nights. What space there was, was taken up by a kind of desk with a microwave on it which was totally redundant as there was a microwave downstairs.
Also we had to keep the windows shut because the room overlooks a noisy (at times) road.

Good central location and fantastic service.
Car park is very small, but there are options nearby.

convenience to shops and food outlets
bedroom window only yards from traffic lights with hard revving motorbikes room was noisy during day and at times during night requires greater window noise insulation for room to be comfortable before could recommend it five rooms but only enough space for 4 cars
