I only needed cereal, some tea and toast so didn’t try a cooked breakfast. I was only given one slice of toast and had to ask the waiter, who was also working in the little cafe for more, so it would have been nice to have been given 2 slices to start with. My husband had porridge with the yoghurt and berries he had requested. It was a very pleasant and quiet environment in the restaurant.
Very comfortable and spacious bedroom which was in an external coach house. A very luxurious and roomy bathroom was also enjoyed.

The Conon Hotel was really comfortable and spotlessly clean
Someone playing loud music from 12 till 2am
But very difficult for the owner to control

It was just what we needed are completing the NC500. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect way to wind down.

Staff were friendly and amicable. Rooms were well laid out with modern amenities.
Breakfasts were well presented and tasty.
All rooms were located over an active pub. Being an old building there was very little noise cancellation. For our stay, this led to late outside patron noise and early kitchen preparedness noise, limiting our sleep. Internal doors did not offer enough sound proofing leading to our children being woken overnight by noisy guests.
While not able to sample all of the evening meal choices, between the four of us, those we did all tasted like they had been cooked in an air fryer, regardless of what was chosen.
