Good location near to road network but far enough to remain quiet. Clean and fresh throughout, comfortable bedroom. Very helpful and friendly but professional staff. Good breakfast.

Second visit here all very good won’t be disappointed .
Had to share a twin room as working and too costly for two rooms . But get what u pay for. Quality comfort

Although it is actually outside Dingwall in Conon Bridge, once we realised that our stay couldn’t be faulted. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast! We would definitely go back!
