Paris 1, 3 rooms, exceptional view on St Eustache church and Les Halles gardens

We had a wonderful time in Paris and this apartment made an excellent home base. Would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic, great restaurants only a few doors walk (make sure you try Nelson's), the beautiful Saint Eustache church across the street, the Bourse de Commerce, an entrance to the Metro station half a block away, Rue Montergeuil a 5 minute walk. You are really in the center of so much activity and life.The apartment is also very nice, just like the pictures. The rooms are large and sunny, we found the beds comfortable and the place is generally quiet (except on Saturday night when there lots of activity on the street). The kitchen was small but well appointed - you can certainly prepare a modest meal. The bathroom is little cramped, but it's clean, everything works and there's plenty of hot water. To get to the unit you need to climb 4 flights of stairs so you need to be in decent physical shape, but it's wasn't difficult for us.When we arrived, there was a little trouble with getting the WiFi to running, but the Owner was very helpful and kept working on it until we got it fixed. They seem very helpful and responsive.Overall a wonderful apartment that I would happily stay in again on a future trip to Paris!

This is a two bedroom, one bath apartment located in Les Halles area. It has a kitchen with a washer/dryer combo. A nice sized sitting room with two big windows that you’ll enjoy opening in the mornings. The two beds are very comfortable and the owner is very responsive. Hot water was always plentiful for a nice shower. Check in instructions were easy. The owner sends easy to understand instructions on how to access the key. There are stairs to climb but we didn’t have a problem with them. We were just so happy to be staying there. This apartment is very centrally located in Paris. Most sites are a 20-30 minute walk away. We walked everywhere. It’s a six-minute walk to Rue Montorgueil - a lively street containing the oldest bakery in Paris (Stohrer), great restaurants, ice cream shops, fruit and produce shops, and much more.We loved staying in this apartment and would stay there again next time we visit Paris. We are a retired couple who enjoy visiting Paris every couple of years and we stay a month. We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you to the owner. Jon and Terri B.
