Would not stay again in that room with 2 adults, felt claustrophobic.

Good location and quiet apartment.

Room was too small for 2 adults with luggage, bed was uncomfortable, no storage space, poor water pressure in bathroom. Heater was old and not easy to use. The fan only worked if the bedroom lights were on. No luggage storage pre/post check in was available and city tax wasn't included in original booking fee.

Location and value from money. It provided us with everything we needed to explore Paris.

Only problem was the address link through Google Maps on our Booking.com email showed a similar but different location. This was noted on our last email with access to property details but it did make it a bit more difficult to find the place.

Great stay!

The apartment was nicely appointed, clean and in a great location. It was on the small side but it had everything you needed for a short stay. If you're looking for a good value in a great location, this ticks all the boxes.

We had a bit of a problem with the location as our mapping app took us to the wrong location but they do mention this in the instructions. Just double check the location.

Apart from a couple of minor issues we really enjoyed our stay.

Was in a very good location, able To walk to a lot of the landmarks.

Property wasn’t ready for us on arrival, although they did email to inform us and where able to drop Bags off. Hairdryer didn’t work and drainage system in bathroom needs looking at.

Perfect stay

Great location, super clean, well designed, and cozy. I didn’t miss anything. The only pity is that I only got to stay there for one night. Excellent value for money. I’d definitely love to come back.

Perfect for a couple

The location was ideal, 10 mins from louve and notre dame. Compact but more than enough space for two. Many restaurants and cafes, shops and supermarket within 5 mins, so convenient. One train from airport to nearby station.

Read carefully before booking

The room was small but really nice and modern.

Its inside a building with no light in the stairs. Inside looks like an abandoned building, really old. Kind of scary if you are not familiar. Breakfast in a box. I didn’t understand that this wasn’t a Hotel, my bad. There is no reception. No people working there. For the price and paying months in advance, I expected something completely different. It is more of an Airbnb.

After checking in no one was available to refresh supplies etc. Corresponded using the email they sent and the what's app info provided but no one responded or brought the supplies requested. Google map locations and outside photos on booking.com are incorrect showing another hotel.

This stay met my expectations and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was small but comfortable and had everything needed for a few days. It had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker to easily make breakfast or reheat leftovers. The location was very central, with access to the RER for transfers from/to the airports and near many restaurants and shops. It was walking distance to many attractions and easily accessible by train to others within minutes. It was ideal for a solo extension after a work trip.

The only thing that may be improved is the dark stairway - a motion light would be ideal in this area.

Good value for money.

Location is great! Everything interested is so easy to commute from the hotel.

This is not a “dislike”, but the room is very squishy. The air fan was too loud and couldn’t be turned off. This situation has been well communicated between WS and us. And it’s our decision to stay the same location after they offered us to switch to another place.

Enjoyable enough as a place to sleep but not a place to hang around, but Paris is for seeing the myriad sights and this

Really small despite small kitchen and well-laid out for size. This is a conversion of a regular apartment into 3 small units. Well-enough done but bathroom is small (think Japanese size) but works. One issue is step down from kitchen/bath area to sleeping area that is not expected nor lighted at night so one can be surprised and fall.

Great location. A very cute tiny home apartment. There is a tiny elevator which helps with luggage!

No air conditioning, unfortunately the weather was 30 degrees during our stay but they did provide a fan. The place is a bit small if you are of larger stature. Unfortunately the lift was not working when we checked out.

Modern design. Historic building. Quiet. How they utilized every inch of space.

No coffee provided. 1 small bar of soap and only 1 wash cloth. Extra pillows would be nice. We had difficulty getting into the property. We made many phone calls to Booking.com trying to get the correct codes to the door. They finally came through after calling for an hour where we had to find a restaurant to recharge our phones.

Nettes Zimmer in Top-Lage, mit kleinen Schwächen

Ziemlich unschlagbare und trotzdem ruhige Lage für einen normalen Preis. Das Einzelzimmer hatte alles, was man so braucht – und noch mehr, denn die Küchenecke habe ich nicht genutzt. Eine Aussicht gab es dafür nicht, das Fenster zeigt in einen Innenhof und lässt wenig Licht rein, aber zum Schlafen brauche ich es eh dunkel. Bei dem nicht einladend wirkenden Gebäude vermutet man gar nicht, dass sich darin so nette Zimmer verbergen. Man begegnet keinem Personal, dafür war das Team über die Nachrichtenfunktion von booking.com sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich. Haben sogar mitten in der Nacht geantwortet, als ich eine Frage hatte. Geht auch per WhatsApp, Nummer steht an der Zimmertür. Das mit den Türcodes hat gut funktioniert. Da es für Haus-, Stockwerk- sowie Zimmertür jeweils einen eigenen Code gibt, fühlte ich mich sicher. Die muss man dann halt immer nachgucken, oder man hat ein super Gedächtnis.

Ich bin im Bett geräuschempfindlich, daher musste ich den Kühlschrank ausstecken. Dann blieb noch das ständig tickende Geräusch der Heizung, die ich nach einem Tipp des Personals auch noch ausgeschaltet bekam. (Das Bedienelement der Heizung war durch einen installierten Tisch so zugebaut, dass ich es nur über meine Smartphonekamera sehen konnte.) Was ich hinnehmen musste, war ein etwa minütliches, kurzes, leises Rauschen, vermutlich von der Metro in der Nähe. Aber ca. zwischen 1 und 5 Uhr ist ja immerhin kein Betrieb. Normale Menschen überhören das alles wahrscheinlich beim Einschlafen. Die Sauberkeit war ausreichend, aber beim Staubwischen wurden ein paar nicht so offensichtliche Stellen übersehen, etwa die Deckenlampe. Handtücher lagen genügend bereit, allerdings haben die nicht gerade viel Wasser aufgenommen, im Vergleich zu zu Hause. Der Duftspender im Bad hat einen starken Geruch im Zimmer verbreitet, für meinen Geschmack etwas zu penetrant.

Camera ideale per una coppia che desidera passare un weekend a Parigi.

La posizione è ottima. La maggior parte delle cose da visitare possono essere tranquillamente raggiunte a piedi. E' ideale per un breve soggiorno di 3-4 giorni, per più giorni consiglierei un alloggio più grande. Per quanto riguarda la stanza al mio arrivo l'ho trovata pulita, avrei gradito un asciugamano in più. Il bagno ha una doccia confortevole.

Purtroppo la struttura non offre un servizio di deposito bagagli, il che obbliga il visitatore o a portarsi dietro la valigia per l'ultima giornata dopo il check out o a doversi pagare un deposito bagagli aggiuntivo (io ho optato ovviamente per la seconda). Consiglio che prossimamente venga integrata questo comodo servizio per il turista. Per quanto riguarda la stanza è dotata di frigorifero, macchinetta per il caffè (con due cialde omaggio all'arrivo e del the), bollitore dell'acqua, piastra ad induzione e cassaforte. Unico appunto: il letto era un po' troppo piccolo ed in due si stava strettini.

Уборка оставляет желать лучшего 🤷‍♀️ думаю это поправимо ! Я обнаружила много чужих волос везде- в ванной , в общей комнате и даже в кровати ! Я блондинка , а волос было много черного цвета их было трудно не заметить !

Nada. Nos dejaron tirados en la calle, por lo que no me pudo gustar nada del alojamiento.

Todo. Tras haber intercambiado algunos mails con el alojamiento y haber pagado por adelantado a través de Booking la totalidad de la estancia, el dia de entrada en el apartamento no me habian enviado las indicaciones para entrar. Hice el check in y mi sorpresa al llegar fue que no teniamos instrucciones. Llame al alojamiento y nos indican que ha habido un problema con booking y que son ellos los que nos tienen que aclarar. Llamada a Booking y nos dicen que se van a poner en contacto con el alojamiento. Llamo de nuevo al alojamiento y me dicen que me han CANCELADO la reserva y que me busque la vida. Hasta el dia siguiente no tramitaron la devolución del dinero y esta tardo más dias en llegar.
