The location is great if you want to visit Paris. Communication with the host was excellent. Very good internet speed.
The bathroom with the toilet is too small. The shower drain does not cope with the water flow. The furniture is worn, everything creaks and gives the impression of being old and cheap. I did not like the mattress on the double bed (too soft) but that depends on everyone's preferences. I think the price paid was for the studio location and not for comfort. Do not expect much comfort in the room. If you are a larger person you do not have room in the elevator and you can hardly use the bathroom with the toilet.

Die zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Leider gab es in dem Zimmer eine Art Heizkessel der die Temperatur im Zimmer so unerträglich machte, dass es kaum aushaltbar war. Im Winter sicherlich schön, bei 28 Grad eher weniger. Zudem war das Bett übersäht mit Haaren, Flecken und der Boden schmutzig.
