Great location and friendly staff

Great location and easy to get anywhere.

The shower had a mildew smell. It needed a good bleach cleaning And the apartment got very hot at night.

and although the there were some drawbacks, generally the host was responsive and the location felt safe. Although the audible conversations in hallway of this subdivided unit were a little off-putting, they were not frightening or abnormal.

Setting lower expectations would be important for this location. This address must be recognized as a subdivided unit, which is more of a micro studio vs traditional studio. Many items were 'just' available. Furniture was stressed to point of fear for breakage in both petite patio chairs inside the unit. Expect to exercise your "flexibility" chops when arriving to the unit as there are multiple access requirements ( keypad @ exterior door, keypad @ exterior gate, closeted and combo locked key box, keyed exterior door to unit and keyed door to subdivided unit- be sure to pull door handle while turning keyed lock). Temperature regulation was difficult

Location was good but facilities didn’t come close to meeting expectations.

Location & clean

1. Key to apartment door didn’t work properly and took 3 or 4 attempts to get door open. 2. No soap to wash your hands in bathroom which is inexcusable after COVID. I bought a bar of soap at a pharmacy. 3. No laptop lock safe as specified in the booking info. 4. TV didn’t work or at least, I couldn’t get a picture and there were no instructions in the room. Same applies to coffee maker. 5. Insufficient hangers. 6. Room smaller than expected and no size given in Booking.com info. The bed was in the corner so only 1 side was accessible. We did push the bed out from wall to get access. Questioned how they made the bed pushed up like that.

Decent place, but hot and a noisy bird lives outside. I wouldn't book it for the summer.

The place was clean. The bathroom was clean and modern. The bedroom had a 2 person dining table in it, but was fine. The management was responsive to our needs.

Getting into the building was very confusing. The directions were not clear at all and it took a while to figure it out. There is only one key, so if two people need to be out of the apartment and are not together, they can't each have a key. The elevator is teeny-tiny! 2 people barely fit in there and if you have a BMI over 30, you may not fit in there. And don't dare step in it if you have claustrophobia! Also, at one point you were not able to call it from the third floor, so when we left with our luggage, we had to walk down the stairs to send the elevator up. There was a bird in the back that was screaming throughout the night which made for unpleasant sleeping as we had to keep the windows open as it was hot in the apartment and there were no screens on the windows. It was hot when we first got into the apartment. There was some kind of heating unit that was generating a lot of heat, but I was able to turn it off, but it kept coming back on. The hot water went out twice. They did send someone to fix it in a timely manner the first time, but the second time was when we were leaving in the early morning, so we had cold showers before we left. Not all the powerstrips were working, so one of the lights wasn't working. On the last day, we were opening one of the shades and it fell out of the ceiling, scratching my wife.

Has the essentials, great location, fine for a couple that’s spending a few days in the city.

Location was great. It gave us what we needed. Small, but fine for a couple staying a few days that wants to tour the city. Could have been cleaner, but wasn’t awful. The floor was dusty, but sheets and bathroom were clean, which is most important. The bathroom is very small.

Séjour très agréable

Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes à pied de Sevres Babylone. Appartement très sécurisé. Lit très confortable.

Une seule petite réserve : les fenêtres sont difficiles à fermer.

Dans l'ensemble un bon séjour

L'emplacement pour nous était pratique. Nous y étions déjà venu et cela nous a bien convenu. Les petites attentions pour l'accueil ont été appréciées. Bonne accessibilité grâce à l’ascenseur.

La mauvaise note donnée pour le confort est le résultat d'une odeur d'égout persistante tout au long du séjour malgré une aération fréquente. Le papier toilette était juste et nous avons dû en racheter.

Bel espace, Bien placé, Propre, Bien équipé

Bel espace, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait : grande table agréable pour manger ou travailler, frigo, café, bouilloire, TV , sèche cheveux , salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle très bien, je penserai à revenir

il faisait trop chaud, j'ai adapté la température chez mois et j'ai pu ouvrir un peu la fenêtre probablement lié aux réglages des voisins , rien de grave donc malgré vos avertissements : ascenseur a été bloqué, il semble que cela arrive fréquemment : à éviter si PMR

Forte odeur dans la salle de bain. Robinet de l’évier complètement mobile. Tache sur les draps. Nous avons dû relaver les tasses à café. Reste de traces à café dans celles-ci.

Bardzo mały aneks kuchenny Brak kuchenki Brak zmywarki Brak ciepłej wody (czasem, w budynku jest boiler ale nie ma o tym informacji) Bardzo mała winda (ledwo mieszczą się przy sobie 3 osoby - była też zepsuta z 3 dni)

Leider gab es in dem Zimmer eine Art Heizkessel der die Temperatur im Zimmer so unerträglich machte, dass es kaum aushaltbar war. Im Winter sicherlich schön, bei 28 Grad eher weniger. Zudem war das Bett übersäht mit Haaren, Flecken und der Boden schmutzig.

Überheiztes Appartement (1 Raum mit Flur). Temperatur ließ sich nicht regulieren. Thermostaten funktionierten nicht. Die Temperatur haben wir mit den Fenstern geregelt. Die Fußbodenheizung war an einigen stellen sehr warm, bestimmt 30 grd. Der Heizkessel im Flur lief ständig auf 80°C und gab entsprechend fiel Wärme ab. Die Elektrik und Beleuchtung war schlimm. Einen Elektrocheck würde das App. nicht bestehen. Das Flurlicht ließ sich nicht schalten, sondern von einem Bewegungsmelder ständig ein/ausgeschaltet. Auch nachts auf dem Weg zum Klo. Die Nachtischlampe funktionierte nicht und war zusammengeflickt. Das Deckenlicht lies sich nicht schalten. Die Stehlampe funktionierte. Die Elektrik beim Heizkessel war zusammengeflickt. Es gab zwar einen Rauchmelder, aber Fluchtweghinweise Fehlanzeige. Das App. lag zum Hinterhof. Rettungswege fragwürdig, da im 3.Stock für Feuerwehr schwer erreichbar und Treppenhaus sehr eng. Ausstattung nur Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und etwas Besteck und Geschirr. Abwaschen nur möglich im Handwaschbecken (30 cm Durchmesser) des Klo/Duschraum.
