The stay was seamless and very well located! Communication was so easy as was the check in process. The only thing we struggled with was the air conditioning which was permanently placed in the living area while the bedroom was in a separate room. I think it may have brought in some mosquito issues as my husband and I were both bit several times overnight. We struggled sleeping in the same bed together since it’s a bit tight, but luckily the couch pulls out and was relatively comfortable! The laundry and kitchen were easy to use and worked well! The hot water in the shower does not last very long so use that time wisely. It was really nice have two separate sinks to use for the sake of getting ready! Thank you for our stay, we would definitely use this place again despite some of the minor mishaps!

Except for hearing footsteps overhead at the odd occasion, it is very quiet and away from traffic noise.

My family of 4 stayed at the apartment and loved it. It was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well organized, in an amazing and safe location, and utterly charming. We loved the property and would happily stay there again. Everyone we communicated with was responsive and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hated to leave. Highly recommend!!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (children ages 6 and 8). It had everything we needed to be comfortable for our visit to Paris. It was clean, efficient, equipped with an A/C, washer/dryer machine, full kitchen and comfortable beds for our family of 4. The property manager met us for check in and walked us through the apartment explaining how everything worked and she was very welcoming to all of us! The location of this apartment was one of the best parts for us. It was close to cafes, shopping, tourist spots and felt very safe when we were walking back in the evenings. Paris is a magical city and if you are lucky enough to visit then I would highly recommend staying at this Rue de Grenelle apartment!! A big thank you to the owners and property manager!

A fabulous little apartment in the heart of Paris. Great location that allows you access to all the various sites and sounds. The owner (Mina) met us when we arrived, showed us how everything worked, suggested places to eat and gave us a nice bottle of wine to drink during our stay. This was a very nice touch. The unit had AC which was awesome for a summer stay. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything more from this unit. We would certainly stay again.

This apartment was in a great location! Very safe area and close to everything!! The metro stations were about a 5 min walk in either direction! The buses were just as close! The apartment was beautifully upgraded and has what you would need in it. It’s small, but ok for 2 people. I wouldn’t have more than 2 people in it. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo. Make sure you wash first and then use the dryer. The bathroom is small but has enough room for one person. Loved the location. Be aware that there is a flight of stairs that you would need to bring your luggage up to the apartment, but they are not too steep. Great place to stay in Paris!

This apartment was perfect for my friend and I who stayed for a week. Very comfortable and quiet, well-appointed kitchen, clean and well-functioning bathroom and WC, we knew we had found a gem as soon as we walked in. Mina provided excellent communication and a very helpful orientation to the functionality of the apartment. Highly recommend.

The check-in process was fine as we were met at the flat to go over everything and be given a little tour. We were also provided with local places of interest. The bed and pilows were nothing to write home about. There was very little air flow in the bedroom. It got quit watm during the night. The couch was ok, kinda awkward to just sit around and chill out.Our biggest problem was returning to the flat to find ants in the kitchen. We didn't see or bring in a food source to attract them. We immediately reached out and there was no response for 24 hours. Which we were told, I'm not in Paris you'll have to go to the store to get something. The area is located in a generally nice area. Be prepared to walk a lot to get to the sites around the city.

This location was exactly as described. I mostly was on my own but my daughter did visit for a few days. We used the pull out bed and had no issues.Bed was comfortable.Flat was very clean. Kitchen had lots to offer for the size (context, I’m American and we have big kitchens.) Check-in was easy. Wi-fi was excellent. I worked from the flat remotely for a few weeks. The building felt safe and it was quiet.The location was fantastic. Walking distance everything you need and want! Honestly, I hope to return someday!

The area was incredibly walkable, safe, and has plenty to explore if you want to avoid highly trafficked touristy areas!Mina was quick to reply and accommodate us with an early morning check-in when we arrived in town. This is a lovely apartment on a quiet street. It is quite small if you are used to American housing, but not too small; I really enjoyed the amount of space. I stayed there for a week alone and then was joined by a friend for a few days and we had no problems. The bed was comfortable and everything worked fine.One note--the two windows face a courtyard and you will have to make an effort to see the sky. It didn't bother me but there's not much natural light, which I personally found helpful for resting.Mina was a delight and was very helpful. My flight was changed last minute and I arrived in Paris several hours earlier than planned, and she was so kind and accommodating. She explained everything clearly and was available for questions, although I didn't have the need to ask anything more.This was a great place to stay and I would return.

This property was very clean and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were very impressed with the efficient use of space in the design, the kitchen appliances, laundry facilities and comfortable bed which were especially important for our month stay. Mina was welcoming and quick to respond to enquiries and helped us with arrangements with our driver, Mufid who was very friendly, helpful and right on time. We highly recommend this property.

Our family stayed here for three nights and my daughter claims this is the most comfortable bed she has ever slept on (she slept on the couch bed). The apartment was wonderful and easy to walk to, in a great location. It was clean and communication with the property owner was wonderful. She met us the first day and walked us through everything and met us on the day of checkout.

Comfortable stay for my wife and myself. The apartment, which is close to metro stops and bus 69 stop, is in the 7th and close to the 6th arrondissement . The apartment is quiet, close to restaurants and a supermarket, and has new fixtures and appliances which are designed to make full use of the space. Two comfy beds and fast wifi. Highly recommended

The apartment was a great place! It was in a quiet neighborhood, had comfortable beds, air-conditioning, washer/dryer and plenty of amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Paris.

Flat in Paris is very nice - two comfortable beds (one double in bedroom and one couch that opens to a bed). Was perfect for mom/son each having our own bed with a door in between. Window Air conditioning is in livingroom - if you are a hot sleeper you need to sleep on couch bed - but anir did work well. You can open wi does, but no screens? Excellent internet in the flat. Had enough amenities (toilet paper, towels) but nothing extra. Has a washing machine that also drys the clothes (but very slow - only about one load per day and only two washing machine soaps provided so you may need to buy or bring more). Has left over soaps and shampoos from other vacationers (we went to market to purchase our own shampoo and soaps - do not buy from pharmacy use a market as price difference is significant!! Has a double entry - very safe and secure. If interested, my recommendation to make this VRBO “Excellent” includes these few suggestions: 1) Buy 15 matching white hangers (vs a variety of all kinds of hangers one having been taped together); 2) Buy three glass soap dispensers and fill them completely with soap for each of the 3 sinks (kitchen, toilet, shower sink) for every stay; 3) Buy cotton sheets (vs microfiber); 4) Must have at least four (4) big bath towels - three is not enough; and (5) dispose of all “used” products between guests such as sponges, old shampoos, etc. overall very happy with stay! Clean and no bed bugs!!

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. It was spotless and well appointed with everything we needed for our week long stay. Mina met us and provided instructions on using all the appliances and provided information on a wonderful market in the neighborhood. This property was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location for getting around Paris. Check in and check out were incredibly easy and communication was fantastic. Perfect place for a family of three, a couple, or a single traveler. It also felt incredibly safe tucked away with two access doors before getting to the apartment door. We loved our stay.

My teenage daughter and I rented this apartment as our home base for a 2+ week trip. The apartment was clean, recently renovated and had everything we needed. It is a quiet apartment on a quiet street and stayed nice and cool in hot weather. But there was also a portable air conditioner there if we had needed it. It has 2 windows so good airflow. They overlook an interior space so there’s no view but I think that’s what helped it be so cool and quiet. We had excellent communication before and when we left and felt very welcomed. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this apartment to others. We found the location to be very central and we walked or took the metro almost everywhere. It was easy to connect with the TGV for day trips. In August there wasn’t a lot open nearby as many businesses were closed for summer holidays. La Grande Épicerie is close though so if you find yourself there in August in search of a bakery that’s a great place to get fresh viennoiserie, bread and pâtisserie. Thanks for being amazing hosts for a wonderful trip!

You could not stay in a better part of the city! Boulevard Saint-Germain, Rue du Bac, and Rue De Grenelle have the best shops, cafes and bakeries! The property itself is in a gorgeous, historic building and yet the apartment is totally updated and like new. Beds are comfortable! Would def stay again! ♥️
