Overall a good stay with close proximity to all key attractions.

The location.

It feels a little bit like you are inside a commercial property due to access and front windows. It’s close to communal bins, you can hear people throw away their rubbish.

Perfect location for self-catering apartment

Good location, close enough to all sites and transport. Facilities for self-catering, with washing machine, etc. Pod coffee machine. Will stay again. Good for 4 female friends or one family, not for 2 couples.

Very nice apartment, but with some caveats

The location is superb both with regards to reaching some of the main tourist locations and restaurants/bars. The apartment is located away from the street, which means you don't have any of the typical noises from cars and bypassers. The apartment itself is very nice, nicely decorated, small kitchen with all amenities, decent size bathroom with spacious shower and a separate toilet.

When going to bed and removing the duvets we found several hairs on the matrasses of the foldable bed in the living room, plus some stains on the duvet, and the bed in the bedroom. This was as an unpleasant surprise, because from a hygienic perspective this immediately gave us a bad feeling. Moreover, we at least, and I guess the guests before us as well, paid 60 euros cleaning charges. Although not having the noise from the street there was quite some noise after 22:00 on the small inner courtyard in front of the apartment, especially during our first night. We had people discussing, slamming of the lids of the bins which are there and flushing noises from a toilet which, as we found out, is hidden behind a door in a corner adjacent to the main bedroom. So although we were asked to respect the neighbors night's sleep after 22:00, ours wasn't respected all of the time. That said, let me not focus too much on the above mentioned 'dislikes', because overall this is a very nice apartment that I can recommend to everyone.

Superb

Very quiet place, but yet in the middle of Paris. Nice restaurants in the space of few meters. Great place for 2 parents and 2 kids - kids were using the convertible sofa in the main room, double-bed for parents. 4 adults may struggle.

Great location

The location was really good,fresh fruits and veggies just opposite,shop next door same as cafes,close to nice view for Eiffel tour 😊 bed was big and comfortable .

But with the rest I was a bit disappointed. The most for the aunts in the kitchen. I was putting there fresh pastry or baby's food and was becoming full of aunts and had to throw to the bin. That's what I find disgusting. The floor unfortunately wasn't too clean as well. But that's forgettable. For little bit more expensive we had really big beautiful 2beds flat so was a bit too expensive for this standard

The only thing "lucky about this place is...you didnt rent it. So I beg you, please, dont rent it...

Other than the location nothing.

This booking was a disaster from day one. One Jorge did not greet us, told us he had another to attend to. So here we had an "apartment " with no privacy, no air, (except for a window the size of a cat door) no tv, because it hadn't been set up, maybe if Jorge had done his job he could of set it up. Also one day I wanted to have the door of this " apartment" open and put a chair outside so I could have a cup of tea in the sun, but no was abruptly and rudely told I was not allowed by a female resident. Finally having the bin room 5 steps from front door was not pleasant. The noise from the residents and the café emptying the garbage was very noisy.

La situation au rez de chaussée très facile d’accès avec des bagages, la taille spacieuse de la pièce principale, le calme, et l’emplacement avec de nombreux commerces et l’accès facile aux transports.

Un deuxième jeu de clés aurait pu être utile.

В целом я довольна всем на 100%, но хочу предупредить, что присутствует небольшой звук от метро, но мне это совсем не мешает.

Todo correcto

La proximidad que tiene la parada de metro es estupenda. El barrio es inmejorable, tiene ambiente y tiene de todo, desde restaurantes, farmacia, supermercados y justo al lado una tienda de chocolates. El apartamento está muy bien. La cama es muy cómoda y es espacioso. El sofá cama también me resultó bastante cómodo. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido buena.

El apartamento dispone de poca ventilación, la ducha la encontré un poco incómoda porque el espacio es un poco reducido. Y aunque dispone de lavadora secadora, eché en falta alguna toalla más de tocador.

No incluía desayuno, pero tenía las cosas necesarias para preparar uno. La ubicación es excelente al igual que el entorno

Muy malo.el wii fi, casi nunca había o se cortaba muy seguido
