About this apartment rental

I decorated this apartment in a cozy home. Some modernity for the comfort, some old fashioned furniture for the warmth and the spirit of the country side.
It's a quiet nest next to St Germain des Prés. You can enjoy it with your beloved one or you beloved ones.
We provide you a full sets of several appliances that will make you feel like home.

You can access from the flat to everywhere in Paris, wether by walk or by metros (3 different lines around the place) or buses.
The rental agreed by payment is for a one bedroom apartment 47 sq meters in size, located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris on the fourth floor and a building with no elevator.
Tariff includes welcoming by our concierge on arrival and check-out and cleaning on departure as well as cable TV, wi-fi internet.

We supply high-quality, 100% cotton towels and bedlinen which are all professionally laundered after each stay. Towels for two people and bed-linen for one double-bed are included in every booking.

If you make any calls to countries other than mentioned above, you will be charged and the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
Check in / check out:
Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm and check-out between 9am and 10am Monday to Saturday. This is to give us time to prepare the apartment in between customers. However, if there isn't another booking immediately before or after yours, different times can be arranged with the concierge.
French employment law requires that workers are paid a premium for working outside of normal office hours. Therefore, for check-ins or check-outs before 9am, after 7pm or on Sundays or public holidays, there is and additional charge of € 25

Optional extras:
To make your holiday even more relaxing, we can arrange for the cleaner to come during your stay. Either for a simple daily maid service or a full weekly clean for longer stays. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you are interested in either of these.
Security Bond:
We know you will take good care of our apartment but accidents happen and unfortunately, they sometimes cost money to put right. The security bond will cover any damage or loss of equipment or furniture in the apartment. This may include specialist cleaning of rugs or furniture if stains or excessive soiling occurs (i. E if you spill red wine on the sofa). Where loss or damage is such that replacement, cleaning or repairs make it necessary to cancel subsequent bookings, compensation for these bookings may also be deducted from the security bond.
Insurance:
By making a reservation with us you declare that you are covered by your own insurance for any direct or indirect injuries that may occur on the premises and will not make any claim against the owners relating to these. Your personal belongings are not insured by us while inside the flat. We recommend you take travel insurance that covers you for loss or damage of your personal belongings.
Terms of occupancy:
The rented property is a private residence and you agree to indemnify the owners for any damage or loss to the property or its contents that occur during your stay. Violation of the occupancy limit of 4 adults will result in the forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy. We reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay. Further, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the building and refrain from any activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its other residents. Owners are not liable for failures of any equipment, systems, or appliances, as major repair problems cannot be foreseen. Problems should be reported to the concierge.
Smoking policy:
This apartment is strictly non-smoking. Evidence of smoking anywhere in the apartment may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Amazing location! It was essential that there was air conditioning during the heat wave the week we were there! We would not have chosen it without AC during summer. I would give 5 stars except that the clothes washer latch was broken. We would absolutely stay there again in future if that got fixed.

The property is incredibly quiet and situated in a really charming part of Paris with great food shops, cafes etc. The apartment is roomy by Paris standards and Zapo was very attentive and always quick to respond on Whats App if I had any questions.

The apartment is in the heart of the 7th arr. and very convenient to all the major attractions in Paris. The bed was comfortable. Every day we walked to whatever museum or site we were going to without any problems. We stayed for two months and it worked perfectly for the two of us. The only constraint is one has to walk up four flights of stairs to reach the apartment but, since one only does that once or twice a day, it wasn't a problem. Lots of small restaurants, stores and shops in the neighborhood and the signature department store in Paris, Bon Marche, is only a block away. I can recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a place in Paris from which to venture out and explore the city.

We had a lovely time using this flat as our base. It is full of charm and very easy to use. Close to most of the main attractions of Paris and wonderfully quiet. The flat has lots of character and feels like a real Paris attic apartment.
