The location is absolutely fantastic! If you're looking for a safe and convenient place to stay in Paris, this location is simply unbeatable.
But be careful, after two days, you'll realize you're not on vacation, you're living in Paris! The Dutch Embassy and schools are nearby, so you'll hear students laughing. There are almost no tourists around, making it a truly Parisian neighborhood. Start your day by buying croissants from different Boulangerie-pâtisserie nearby. The Duroc metro station is very close, with two lines connecting to famous Parisian attractions and restaurants.
The apartment is spacious, with two rooms that were just right for a family of four. It's very quiet at night, making it a good place to sleep. It has a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker, but lacks user manuals and related supplies, making it a bit inconvenient to use. The manager was very helpful in responding to our questions, but it would be even better if the supplies were replenished faster!
If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the apartment is on the ground floor, with the glass doors directly facing the street. Because it looks like a small shop with a curtain drawn, people sometimes lean against the pillars and talk on the phone at night. Safety is absolutely not an issue, but it always feels a bit strange to hear people talking when we're in the living room.

Tout était parfait depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Appartement décoré avec gout et très bien situé a proximité des monuments parisiens. Nous avons même reçu des kits d'accueil à notre arrivée ce qui était parfait. Le métro est à proximité et le quartier est sécurisé et calme. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Nous reviendrons

This location is outstanding quiet, central, safe and attractive. The beds, including the hid a bed were very comfortable as was the bedding.
More basic supplies were needed - toilet paper, the promised coffee for our stay, ann extra garbage bag or two, and the like.
We could not operate the stove or microwave and no instructions were provided.
Hooks for wet towels should be easy to install and are needed.
