Clean, spacious flat in a quiet district of Paris. Excellent amenities within the flat, and good common space for socialising. Rooms were comfortable and relatively spacious given the location
Lack of air within the building - the fans provided could have provided better air flow, and maybe air conditioning would have helped a bit with the overall stuffiness. Windows could be opened, but leaving them open overnight could have jeopardised security due to being a ground floor flat

La zona muy bien comunicada con el centro y todas las zonas turísticas tanto en autobús como metro. Fuimos 7 personas, dos dormimos en sofá cama pero bastante cómodo. Una experiencia y alojamiento muy bueno. El trato y la comunicación con la empresa que lo gestiona ha sido rápida y muy accesible.

Apartment is very spacious, beds are comfortable. It is relatively close to metro and bus station.
I have booked many times via booking.com and this is surely the worst communication with owner/object. Heating didn't work, we were with little kids. I have tried to contact them via whatsapp and booking but they answered the next day, didn't help at all. Coffe maschine was broken. They have also sent link if we book luggage storage wit them, we get first 2 hours for free. They charged us 75€. We contacted the object after and offcourse didn't get the answer.
