Lovely quiet apartment in quiet and safe area

Loved the sitting room/kitchen. Very comfortable seating. Lots of space and there were 4 adults and 3 children. Bedrooms very nice and very comfortable. Location very close to metro, supermarket and a cafe that was open very early to late. Excellent pastries and just so convenient. Very quiet, we didn't hear a thing from outside. It's not miles away from the heart of the action but it is a good few metro stops. Great communication from owner, made it very easy.

It was slow to heat the bedrooms and it wasn't especially cold when we were there (December, so not warm, around 11 degrees c), I wonder how it would be in much colder weather. Sitting room and kitchen were toasty though. En suite to bedroom smelled a bit like drains.

Location was very good very close to a metro station. The place is spacious and fit our party of 7. Communication was good. Cannot wait to return.

Not met on arrival( although Youseff apologised for that ) There could have been a better supply of toilet rolls,washing up liquid ,bin bags,dish towels. Wine bottle opener doesn’t work well and probably better replaced, Shower head in main bathroom, leaks water out the side. Welcome booklet would have been good with places of interest, places to eat, Tv instructions.

Apartment is very spacious, beds are comfortable. It is relatively close to metro and bus station.

I have booked many times via booking.com and this is surely the worst communication with owner/object. Heating didn't work, we were with little kids. I have tried to contact them via whatsapp and booking but they answered the next day, didn't help at all. Coffe maschine was broken. They have also sent link if we book luggage storage wit them, we get first 2 hours for free. They charged us 75€. We contacted the object after and offcourse didn't get the answer.

We encountered some challenges while communicating with the property management team, GuestReady. Despite our request to leave our luggage before the official check-in time of 2:00 PM, they failed to provide instructions on how to obtain the key until prompted. Contacting them proved to be difficult, and their response time was notably slow. Moreover, when we finally received the instructions, they provided an incorrect code for the keybox, and the accompanying instructions picture was outdated. Upon entering the accommodation, we discovered that it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest, resulting in a rather messy environment. After our request for the room to be cleaned before our return, we left the accommodation for approximately four hours. Upon messaging GuestReady to confirm the cleanliness of the room, they informed us that they were unable to guarantee it as they were unable to contact the maid. Furthermore, when it was time for us to check out, we encountered another inconvenience. The code for the keybox had been changed, preventing us from returning the key using the same code initially provided to us. p.s. We have taken the photos of the cleanliness issues we encountered during our stay at the accommodation.

J'ai été surprise que l'appartement soit de plein pied sur le trottoir. Mais très bien isolé ( pas de bruit de rue) et très bien chauffé.

Wyposażenie kuchni rewelacja. Wszystko w kuchni wyglądało na nowe: meble, sprzęt AGD, zastawa stołowa. Dodatkowy plus do Expressu były kapsułki z kawą oraz herbata. Były ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów, zmywarka, pralka, Najbardziej podobało mi się to, że były dwie osobne łazienki i dwie osobne toalety. Dla naszej rodziny 6 osób to każda rodzina 3 osobowa miała swoją łazienkę do dyspozycji. Duży salon z dużym stołem. Polecam bardzo dla większej liczby osób. Nas było 2x 3=6 osób. Było bardzo czysto.

Recomendable por su estado y limpieza

El alojamiento estaba en un sitio tranquilo y bien comunicado, dentro de la distancia existente al centro de Paris, con salidas de metro. Esta en unas condiciones muy buenas y sobretodo limpio. Recomendable para una visita a Paris

Pocas cosas. Quizás que al ser una planta baja tenia poca luz y escasez de armarios pero teniendo en cuenta que es para un viaje se puede justificar.

Séjour excellent dans un appartement de qualité.

L’appartement était super, bien décoré, très propre, la literie est de très bonne qualité. L’appartement est en rez de chaussé et de plein pied, pratique pour PMR ou enfant en bas âge. L’emplacement est idéal dans un quartier assez vivant avec restaurants et métro à proximité. Les gérants de l’appartement sont très gentils et disponibles.

La douche de la salle de bain principal manque légèrement de pression et varie entre du chaud et du froid.
