Comfortable stay in Montrouge

Bed was very comfortable. The flat was very clean and organized. Ease of accessing the apartment and instructions were easy to follow. Bathroom was well equipped with quality towels, enough rolls of toilet paper and shampoo and soap was included even though we didn't need it.

There was no internet. Wifi didn't work properly as we were told. They supplied an external wifi as a substitute but we had to pay to use it. So we didn't end up using it. We messaged the owners about this problem but they did not get back to us. So we had no wifi for the whole entire stay. This was the only biggest problem we had of our stay.

Great, super clean, well located apartment

Think the beds could use extra pillows and the name of the apartment / address could be more clear with a sign on the outside. We had some difficulty finding it but the rest was perfect.

Comfortable quite apparment

Cleaness, very comfortable bed, space in the apartament. Air-condition. It is first floor apartament. I felt well as it is constant contact with person that takes care about guests. I felt safe travelling alone.

15 minutes walk to metro station was not so bad.

Would most probably recommend

Spacious fully equiped and renovated house, ideal for someone who wants to stay for days. The price was relatively fair in comparison with what you can get for the same money in a more central location of Paris.

The location is not the best as y need to walk around 12 mins to get to the metro in one of not the best areas. The pillows are a bit too flat. We could have been provided more towels as we stayed 5 days and we were only given 1 for each. Same for the provided coffee capsules (only 2). Wall isolation not very good as y can hear everything from the corridor. Our electricity went off for the last day of our stay, but the host was very kind and helpful, and soon enough we changed rooms. The last part can be included partially in the positives.

Le calme, la climatisation inversée, la proximité des bus et métro

Il nous manquait le code d'accès pour passer le portail extérieur et la porte de l'immeuble. Il n'y avait pas de torchon pour la vaisselle, il a fallu acheter de l'essuie tout !

Es un lugar muy agradable pero necesita algunas mejoras con respecto al confort y la limpieza.

La ubicación a pesar de estar un poco lejos del centro está en un barrio muy tranquilo, agradable y seguro. El transporte al centro está muy cercano al apartamento y para llegar desde el aeropuerto de Orly es perfecto. El tamaño del apartamento es perfecto para dos personas. Los fuegos de inducción muy bien, la televisión está bien equipada para poder disfrutar de las plataformas actuales de entretenimiento. El baño muy bien de espacio y la ducha limpia. Había toallas limpias para todo cosa que valoro muy positivamente. Hay hervidor de agua que eso está muy muy bien. La iluminación es muy buena tanto natural como artificial y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Las sabanas muy limpias y la cama es cómoda. La mesa y las sillas están muy bien.

A pesar de que el apartamento al entrar se ve bastante nuevo y arreglado, si pasas tiempo, se ve que no está muy limpio y faltan cosas básicas. El suelo cuando llegamos no estaba limpio, la cocina no estaba ordenada del todo y la encimera estaba un poco sucia. El lavabo del baño no estaba bien limpio, había algún rastro de pasta de dientes de otro inquilino. El armario debajo del fregadero que es para la basura olía muy mal a pesar de que las bolsas estaban nuevas, pero los cubos estaban sucios. Sólo había tres rollos de papel higiénico en el baño. Ni hay tijeras de cocina. No había papel de cocina ni nada para poder fregar los platos y cacharros, tuvimos que comprarlo nosotros y eso no me parece nada bien. Las almohadas son HORRIBLES, es como si no existieran y están sucias, eso hay que cambiarlo!! El espacio para dejar la ropa y las cosas es bastante mediocre. Y lo peor de todo fue que al llegar había muchísimos mosquitos en la habitación y nada para poder solucionarlo, ni un enchufe, ni insecticida... , tuvimos que ir cazándolos uno a uno y aún así nos picaron.

Logement sécurisé, propre et bien équipé. Je le recommande plus que bien à tous voyageurs. Facile d'accès et avec des commodités aux alentours facilitant les déplacements et même les sorties déjeunés et diners avec en plus des lieux touristiques très proches.
