Overall impression was positive, and I am grateful for everything. Just manage your expectations.

I liked that I had read previous reviews in advance and was informed about what to expect. I liked the clean white bedding and nice towels. I liked the ability to heat the room and ventilate it. This was especially important in these apartments.

I didn't like that the source of daylight was only above the terrace and covered with fabric. But since I was only staying overnight, it wasn't a big deal for me. I thought the room was a little wet, but since it was possible to heat and ventilate it, it wasn't a big deal either.

Mr. Fredric, the owner of the apartment, is very very kind and responds immediately to inquiries. All the facilities in the photoes are perfectly prepared. It is convenient to prepare food ingredients because there is a large mart Marche within 5 minutes on foot. The subway stations and bus stops are adjacent, so you can access major tourist attractions in Paris within 30 to 40 minutes. There is a small garden that can be used independently by a family, so it is very convenient to eat or dry laundry.

A family of four with children is suitable for use, but four adults can be cramped. The apartment is located at the main gate on the first floor, so there is noise coming and going from neighbors. When you come back from going out, you need to ventilate the house For guests with sensitive personality, it might be a very little bit uncomfortable.

The apartment was a good size, it had all of the facilities that I needed. The water pressure in the shower was great. It was very quiet and very conveniently located. could not have asked for any more.

No pudimos encender la vitro aunque era nueva tenia algún bloqueo, solo usamos horno y microondas aunque sonaba mucho, la ducha muy pequeña muy difícil entrar y salir, pesamos una media entre 60 y 70 kilos y fatal, y pocos cubiertos

Bien pour un séjour de 2 personnes.

Le logement est situé dans un immeuble calme, et nous n'entendons pas de bruit de rue, car le logement donne sur la cour intérieure. Malgré les fortes chaleurs, l'appartement est resté frais, même la nuit, et la possibilité de manger dans la courette privée était très appréciable. Le lit et le canapé-lit sont confortables, et le logement est bien équipé. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et s'investissent dans l'amélioration du confort des locataires.

Le logement est situé un peu loin de métro (15 min de marche ou il faut prendre le bus).

Le rapport qualité/prix satisfaisant et la proximité des restaurants. Hôtes réactifs. Equipements cuisine, dosettes café d'accueil et produits de toilette d'accueil appréciés!

Meuble Bar un peu collant et chaises de bar hautes inadaptées et inconfortables. Utilisation de la TV complexe (une notice d'utilisation serait bienvenue) Salle d'eau peu pratique : un lave-main et une douche à l'accessibilité TRES réduite Une vraie table (même de petite dimension) avec des chaises en rapport souhaitable.

Der Vermieter war wirklich nett und hat schnell zurück geschrieben

-Es war kalt, als wir in die Wohnung gekommen sind. -Das Ehebett war ein Klappbett, ich habe die ganze Zeit gedacht, dass das Bett in der Mitte zusammenklappt. -Es war sehr dreckig -Das Ceranfeld war kaputt, ich habe mich nicht getraut zu kochen - Das Toilettenpapier war nicht sauber und das Waschbecken im Badezimmer richtig klein.

Einmal und nie wieder

Die Wohnung war praktisch eingerichtet .Auch ist es nicht weit von der Wohnung in die Stadt zu kommen. Positiv ist noch zu erwähnen das man dort Ruhe hat um zu schlafen. Das Bett könnte allerdings mal eine neue Matratze gebrauchen , denn man rollt immer zur Mitte des Bettes hin. Badezimmer war weitgehendst sauber. Mit Bauch einziehen klappt es auch vielleicht mit der Dusche.

Die Bilder in Booking entsprechen zum Teil nicht der Realität .Wir waren vom 15.525 bis 18.5.25 dort. Die Dusche ist sehr eng.80x80. Die Öffnung der Duschtüre ist ca 45 cm. Also nix für etwas korpulentere Menschen. Der Herd/ Ceranfeld war gerissen und der Backofen roch nach ranzigem Fett und das Backblech war fettig und alte Speisereste klebten noch daran. An Aufbacken einer Pizza war nicht zu denken. Der Innenhof total verdreckt. Das einzigste was sauber war war die Sitzecke wo in der linken Ecke sämtliche Besen , Reinigungsmaterialien abgestellt waren. Im Wohnraum neben dem Bett steht tatsächlich die Lampe auf der Erde noch nicht einmal ein kleiner Hocker oder ähnliches ist vorhanden. Und wenn man bedenkt 365 Euro für 3 Übernachtungen das ist die Hütte nicht wert.

Onhygiënisch verblijf wat extra kosten aan je brengt

Locatie

De hygiëne; de water koker en het koffiezetapparaat waren heel erg vies ongebruikbaar. We moesten ook zelf een pan kopen, want er waren veel krassen in en dat kan erge ziekte veroorzaken. Alle keuken benodigdheden waren ook heel vies we moesten alles zelf wassen. Er kwam van van het vriezergedeelte in de koelkast ook elke dag water en alles werd nat we moesten het elke dag droogmaken. Een deur van het keuken cabinet was ook heel erg los. En omdat het koffiezetapparaat en de waterkoker ongebruikbaar waren moesten we zelf elke dag ergens thee en koffie kopen. We raden het appartement daarom niet aan en zijn niet tevreden met ons verblijf. We hebben ook meer foto’s en video’s waarvan we geen optie hebben om het hier te zetten als jullie ook een optie hebben voor video’s sturen we die. de douche was ook heel smerig en onhygiënisch. Omdat het voornuis elektrisch was en gebroken konden we niet met een veilig gevoel het voornuis gebruiken.

Appartement à 15 minutes à pied du métro 4 ou 13. Très propre et bien équipé. Kits de bienvenue salle de bain et cuisine appréciés. Belle terrasse ombragée appréciable en cas de beau temps.

Appartement humide. Isolation sonore intérieure précaire. Salle de bain exiguë et douche très petite. Pas de table, mais seulement un bar avec des chaises hautes non adaptées.

Los propietarios estuvieron atentos en todos momento a todo. Las cama y el sofá cama cómodo. Hay un lavabo en el dormitorio que da mucha vida. Para temporadas de calor la terraza está muy bien. Panadería y supermercados cerca

El olor del baño. Tenías que dejar la puerta cerrada para que no oliera todo el apartamento. Además cuando llegamos había unos mosquitos enormes que nos picaron y se nos infectaron las picaduras. La vitro cerámica partida por la mitad aunque funciona

Praktische und schöne Unterkunft

Praktische Unterkunft mit alles was man braucht für ein Woche Urlaub oder Arbeit in Paris. Netflix sowohl Waschmaschine waren Bonus Punkte. In Frühling und Sommer ist die kleine Terrasse auch zu genießen da.

Dusche zu klein. Für größere Menschen definitiv ein Problem (für uns war es kein Problem weil wir nicht so groß sind)
