Facing due south, this 38 m² apartment is brand-new, built in 2019, and tastefully decorated.
Very bright, it is located on the 3rd and top floor of a small, new condominium building, with unobstructed views.
The building has a video intercom, is secure, and equipped with a video surveillance system.
The apartment consists of: a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, kettle, toaster, and numerous kitchen accessories)
A living room with a sleeper sofa, television, and closet
A mezzanine bedroom with two single beds featuring individual duvets and an adjoining desk (the two beds can be separated).
And a bathroom with a shower and wall-mounted toilet
The cleaning fee includes sheets and one towel for each guest.
Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach downtown Malakoff, with its market held three times a week (Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday) and its many shops.
You can also enjoy the lively surrounding neighborhood, where you’ll find numerous bars and restaurants.

The place was amazing, great location with a short walk from the metro. Place is very clean, communication is quick. The Neibor hood is quite with some great places to eat near by. I will be booking this place when I comeBack again. It made our first time in Paris feel like home.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment. Pictures are shown as the apartment is. It’s modern, the neighborhood it’s quiet and friendly. Mini markets or supermarkets are all around. Metro 13 is minutes away from the place, and the train N as well.We like to blend with the community and interact with people; so for us was super convenient.The owner is super accesible and friendly.We had a good impression overall.Definitely our days in Paris were awesome.
