Sinon dans l'ensemble bon petit week-end familial.

Nous avons passé un bon week-end Très emplacement

le manque de parking pour garer la voiture pour des personnes qui viennent en voiture tout simplement...Et le dimanche matin vers 08h un des occupants de l'immeuble n'a pas arrêté de faire un tapage comme s'il demolisait un mur jusqu'à 10h du matin heure à laquelle nous étions forcé de lever pour nous préparer, voilà Cordialement. DG

Vecino fastidiosos

El anfitrión fue muy cordial por el móvil aunque no nos vimos personalmente fue agradable.

Tenía olor a humedad, y encontramos una nota en la puerta que limitaba el ruido (no tenemos problema con eso) pero cuando usábamos el baño en el piso de abajo empezaban a golpear el suelo de el piso, era muy incómodo. Adicional que viajamos con 2 niños y es un poco complejo decirles a ellos o controlar su ruido normal.

Appartamento e posizione comodi, proprietario disponibile, consigliassimo

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti supermercati e vari ristoranti. La fermata dell'autobus a 200 metri. L'autobus passa ogni 10-15 minuti e porta al centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Avevo chiesto al proprietario di anticipare l'ingresso in casa per posare le valigie ed il proprietario mi ha fatto trovare la casa pronta 2 ore in anticipo rispetto all'orario concordato. Non conoscendo il francese ho utilizzato la chat di Booking per le comunicazioni

Faltaba un poco de Shampoo y ropa de cama para el sofá cama( solo había bajera)

No había shampoo, solo un poco de jabón de manos. El sofá cama solo tenía sábana bajera y edredón ( faltaba un sábana para cubrirse).

Bonita zona

El anfitrión es muy amable y muy comprensivo. Accesible en todo momento. Flexibilidad en los horarios de entrada y salida. La cama y el sofá cama son muy buenos y se descansa muy bien. Zona muy tranquila y limpia Estacion de bus a 3 minutos a pie Es un alojamiento en una bonita zona que te permite ahorrar ya que los alojamientos en distritos mas céntricos son mucho mas caros.

No cuenta con climatizacion. Llegamos en verano y hacia mucho calor entonces teníamos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y la claridad de la mañana y los ruidos del carro de la basura te despiertan temprano. Como no es un hotel ... se deben llevar artículos de aseo personal. Apenas tenia gel de ducha.y jabón de manos El ascensor a veces no funciona y hay que subir al 5to piso . Estacion de metro queda a 13 minutos caminando .
