這家沒有服務的櫃檯，但在Booking 網頁上沒載明，一直用email服務人員連絡告知到達住宿處的時間，但是等了約1個小時20分鐘才等到人來給鑰匙，此外，當我們結束住宿處時，服務人員說我們自己要把垃圾丟到樓下處理垃圾處，還要我們自己拆床單，如果沒有做，就會向我們額外收清潔費。整體與服務人員互動的感覺不是很愉快，地板髒，而且沒有掃地、拖把的用具，也沒有給垃圾袋，我們住了八個晚上，只給我們一卷廁所衛生紙，整體不是很愉快
