Our experience in this apartment was exceptionally pleasant. The linens and towels were well-organized, and all necessary amenities were readily available. You can also enjoy playing PS4 games :) Additionally, the location and pricing were satisfactory.
We couldn't find a hair dryer.

Appartement spacieux, chauffage appréciable. Bon emplacement, 15 min de marche d'une station, métro (porte d'orléans). Bonne communication. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Tout est un peu vieux. La propreté pourrait être mieux, Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable, le lit est bon. Les rideaux ne se fermaient pas assez et comme la périphérique bruyante avec beaucoup de lumières passe juste devant, ça dérange. Avec quelques petites améliorations, cet appartement pourrait être au top.

楽しい体験でした！
私たちの飛行機の到着が2時間以上遅れたうえ、スマートフォンの電源が切れてしまい、鍵の受け渡しができるかとてつもなく不安な気持ちで宿泊施設に到着しました。 そのような状況にも関わらず、住宅の男性にたくさん助けていただき、無事に管理人のかたから鍵を受け取ることができました。 親切な住人のかたと、長時間待ってくださった管理人さんに心から感謝を申し上げます。 宿泊施設は広く、すっきりと整えられていて、居心地がよかったです。目の前が幹線道路なので、昼夜問わず車の音（サイレンやクラクションも）が聞こえますが、私たちにとっては楽しい刺激であり、事前に地図を見て、立地を理解していたので、特に問題ありませんでした。
エアコンはなかったように思う。窓ガラスが一部ひびが入っていた。 入口の鍵の開け方がとても難しかった。回したり推したり引っ張ったりしながら、とてもコツがいりました。（これはフランスやイギリスなどでは一般的なことなのかもしれませんが…日本のように軽快には開け閉めできませんでした） 駅までの道程で幹線道路沿いは、街灯が少なく夜間は暗いので、日が暮れてからの徒歩での通行は気を付けたほうがいいように思いました。

Bett zu klein und unbequem, nicht schalldichte und kaputte Fenster (neben einer 8-spurigen Autobahn), keine Klimaanlage, kaputter Ventilator, Check-in Katastrophal weil Innhaber nicht aufgetaucht (erst nach 4h kam ein Ersatz), Zustand von Küche alt und nicht ansprechend (altes zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr)

L’agencement, la décoration chaleureuse et l’espace, ainsi que la disponibilité et la réactivité de l’hôte.
L’absence de climatisation pourtant mentionnée sur le site Booking.com et ayant déclenché cette réservation en période de forte chaleur (deux ventilateurs étaient toutefois présents) et la literie.
