The team was so incredibly kind and hospitable. They left a really sweet note and enabled us to check in late, despite us being very delayed in our request. We can't wait to be back. Also, the location was absolutely perfect!

The apartments are FANTASTIC! Really everything from location (very well communicated, calm and lovely neighborhood), through the comfort (great beds) until last small details (Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom, beautiful dishes) was perfect :) On top, great quality of service and staff taking care of you and being very attentive. We thought it’s not best choice when landing in BVA airport, but the cooperating transport company recommended by the staff smoothly delivered us back and forth - great quality and cost. We loved to be there and we can only recommend.

Unfortunately we’ve visited when the wave of heat hit Paris and lack of Air Conditioning was painful … (we got fans which helped, just to mention)

The kitchen was stocked very well, and there was a laundry with a washer and dryer free of charge! The place was very clean and the bed was comfy.

If you are sensitive to sound at night, as I am, I would suggest that you ask for a room not facing the street for maximum comfort. I experienced the sounds of the street at night.

The flat is spacious, comfortable and clean. The flat manager was very kind and friendly. There are a few supermarkets and bakeries close to the flat. I would recommend to friends.

We thought that our flat had a terrace, but we didn’t have it. Although they provide Rituals soap and shampoo, the pumps were on the extremely economical mode in all 3 bathrooms, making very difficult to use it.

Clean, fully equipped, cozy apartment located in a quiet area. The apartment was equipped with all utensils, cups, plates, microwave, hob, dish washing machine, iron and TV. A lot of shops, cafes and bakeries in walking distance, close to metro station Line 4 that connects Montrouge and Paris (about 15 minutes to Paris from Mairie de Montrouge station). The staff was very helpful to our needs.

Apartment is located nearby central paris, with parking space, and honestly huge apartment even to accommodate our large group! We were greeted by Olivier’s wife, very warm and nice person both of them. Some apartments doesnt have airco, but since it was still chilly weather when we were there so very minimal issue when we open the windows. Elevator is available for higher floors, functioning kitchen with complete tools for cooking and serving. Nice bed and pillows, and nearby restaurants and boulangerie, all in all we had a really great time staying in the apartment.

Edgars staff was amazing, sent all the information with plenty of time, regarding instructions. They even had a host to let us in and show us the property for the check in. The staff was extremely responsive to the questions. Very clear and helpful instructions and recommendations. The unit was brand new, there were welcoming chocolates and nice welcoming message. The property was close to metro and bus stations. Groceries stores, restaurants and cafes very near, within walking distance. Very safe neighborhood. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Trés bel appartement, bien placé pour le salon porte de versaille - super propre il y a tout et un suivi superbe du personnel - tres securisé et fort agréable nous avons passé un super séjour, je recommande en famille avec des amis, je reviendrais.

El lugar era espectacular, tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia, nos proporcionaron jabón y shampoo grandes en cada ducha, varias toallas, cosas para preparar té y café, la vajilla y cristalería muy linda, el lugar siempre olía muy rico, tienen un gimnasio super completo, de lujo! Además nos proporcionaban detergente para el lavavajillas y para la ropa, también tenían un servicio de guardar maletas que nos sirvió demasiado, otra cosa es que tenían parking gratis y el wifi funcionaba super bien

Appartement spacieux pour 2 ou 3 personnes (1 chambre + canapé), confortable et bien équipé. Literie au top. Disponibilité parking. Quartier agréable et métro à 10mn à pied.

Appartement sur boulevard un peu bruyant. Communication essentiellement en anglais ce qui peut géner certains...

Bien situé, accès simple clair et précis. Appartement propre, bien aménagé et bien équipé.

Les portes d'entrées n'isole pas assez des bruits de couloir et le canapé-lit manquait de confort pour 5 nuits.

W pokoju znajdowało się wszystko co było potrzebne, wyposażony aneks kuchenny, łazienka z kosmetykami oraz telewizor smartTV. Na plus wejścia na kod.

Personel mógłby popracować nad czystością, widać że sprzątane tylko powierzchownie. Dość daleko od centrum i atrakcji.

Всё было супер! Чистота, удобные кровати, 2 душа и 2 туалета - отличное решение для большой компании, полностью укомплектованная кухня посудой и кухонными принадлежностями. Абсолютно есть всё для семейного отдыха. Парковка закрытая и безопасная. В пешей доступности магазины, кафе, пекарни, бистро, общественный транспорт. Шумоизоляция и светоизоляция на уровне. Администрация всегда на связи и поможет с решением любых вопросов. Фото и информация полностью отвечают действительности.

Los muebles y el menaje geniales, la cama y el sofá eran muy cómodos. La ducha con buena regulación. La terraza exterior nos pareció un plus (además de una sorpresa, aunque no la podíamos usar a causa del clima)

La ducha tenía el techo muy bajo (mido 190cm. y me tenia que encoger un poco). Aparecieron unos pequeños charcos por condensación en las ventanas (debido al contraste frío-calor) aunque nada grave.

Personnel très réactif et bonne accueil

L'accueil a été top. Le personnel est super sympathique et arrangeant. L'appartement est bien agencé. La résidence est à 10/15 minutes du métro. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

La ventilation (VMC) est un peu faiblarde. Ce qui provoque de la condensation sur les vitres et rend l'appartement un peu humide.

Evin lokasyonu ve temizliğini çok beğendik. Civarda yemek için de bir çok alternatif bulunuyor.

Die Unterkunft war modern, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war ruhig aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Besonders freundlich war der Flat Manager alles war super organisiert und angenehm.

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Alles war sehr gut!

Super, echt geweldig. Parkeren en appartement volledig ingericht incl. Nespresso cupjes, wc papier enz.. Aldi en bakkertje in de straat.

총평 : 시내 숙소는 너무 비싸고, 파리 외곽 숙소 중 그나마 교통 접근성이 좋고, 깨끗하고 친절하며 편리한 숙소를 찾는다면 적극 추천합니다. 상세 후기 공항에서 숙소갈때 숙소 제휴 벤 이용했고 CDG에서 숙소까지 약 40분 정도 걸렸어요. 저녁 8시 랜딩해서 수화물 찾고 숙소 도착하니 저녁 9시 반쯤 됐습니다. 4인 가족 캐리어 5개 였고, 총 95 유로 지불했습니다. 카드 된다고 했었는데 막상 도착하니 안된다고 해서 현금으로 지불해서 좀 별로 였습니다만, 입국장부터 마중 나와서 안내해줘서 편하게 온 것도 있어서 그냥 그러려니 했습니다. 마침 현금도 있었구요. 위치 - 바로 앞 68번 버스가 평일 배차 간격도 좋고 루브르까지 한방에 가는 노선이고 버스 노선이 갈아타기 편리한 노선입니다. 지하철도 4번 라인이 10분거리에 있어 접근성이 좋습니다. 밑쪽에 13번 라인도 있긴한데 도보 15분정도 걸리구요, 4번 라인을 더 많이 이용했습니다. 두 지하철 라인 모두 68번 버스로 접근가능합니다. 나비고 위클리 (데쿠베르트) 만드실 분들은 4번라인 Mairie de Montrouge 역으로 가셔야하는데, 역 입구가 2개입니다. 큰 광장쪽 있는데로 가야 서비스 데스크가 있어서 거기서 만들 수 있어요. 다른 역 입구는 서비스 데스크가 없습니다. 시설 - 주방에 냄비나 국자 등 조리 도구와 그릇, 식기류 비치되어 있고 젓가락은 없습니다. 간단한 소금, 올리브유, 후추는 구비되어있습니다. 필터 샤워기를 사용했는데 이 동네 물이 깨끗한건지는 몰라도 마지막날 까지도 필터가 깨끗했어요. 침대나 기타 가구들도 깨끗했습니다. 지하에 무료 세탁, 건조기가 있고, 엘레베이터 있습니다. 방음이 잘되는편인것 같아요 외부 소음이 크지 않습니다. 침대는 넓었고, 방이 조금 좁은편이긴 하지만 캐리어 펴고 생활하는데는 문제없었어요. 성인 4명이 지내기 나쁘지 않은 방이었습니다. 주변 - 도보 10분 이내에 프란프릭스와 알디가 있고 정육점과 냉동전문 마트도 가까이 있어서 숙소에서 요리 해먹기 나쁘지 않습니다. 정육점 사장님 엄청 친절하고 수제 햄 맛있어서 와인과 먹기 좋아요. 주변에 레스토랑도 있긴 하지만 밤에 라스트 오더가 이른편이니 확인하고 가셔야 할듯합니다. 밤 10시에 돌아다녀도 안전하고 동네 조용합니다. 바로 밑에 KFC 비슷한 치킨 패스트푸드점 있긴한데 어지간하면 진짜 KFC 가시는게 좋을듯합니다. 맛없는건 아니지만 맛있지도 않아요. 소통 - 숙소와 What's APP으로 소통했고 문제 없었습니다. 휴지와 기타 비품 요청하면 받을 수 있고 수건도 요청하면 받을 수 있습니다. 호스트가 엄청 친절하세요.

시설 - 제가 묵었던 방은 거울이 욕실에만 있어서 습기도 차고, 조명이 어두운 편이라 거울 보기가 불편했어요. 밝은쪽에 거울이 있으면 좋을 것 같아요. 교통 - 68번 버스가 시위등의 문제가 생겼을시 노선변경이 다이나믹해서 잘 확인하고 타야합니다. 주말에는 배차 간격이 15~20분이라 시간 잘 확인하셔야 합니다. 대중 교통 접근성이 매우 좋긴하지만, 어찌 됐든 주요 관광지까지 최소 40분 이상이라 시간 배분 잘해야 합니다. 시차 적응 때문에 중간에 숙소 와서 쉬려 해도 왕복 1시간30분~2시간은 버리는거라 아까워요. 주변 - 주변 마트가 뭔가 정돈되어있지 않고, 물품이 다양하지 않아요. 그래서 중심가에서 숙소 복귀하기전에 장봐서 들어왔습니다. 주변 유기농 마트와 냉동 식품 마트는 물을 안팝니다. 9시 넘어서 외식하며 맥주나 와인 한잔 하고 싶어도 식당들이 10시까지 이거나, 라스트 오더가 이른편이라 쉽지 않습니다. 상기된 아쉬웠던 점은 거울 말고는 숙소에서 어떻게 할 수 없는 부분이니 참고하세요.

Czyste, komfortowe mieszkanie z trzema pokojami i dwiema łazienkami. Nowoczesne wyposażenie. Bardzo wygodne. Dobra, spokojna okolica z wieloma sklepani. W piwnicy pralnia- w cenie.

Drzwi wejściowe na kod-osobiście wolę klasyczne rozwiązania, klucz lub karta. Poza tym nie ma się do czego przyczepić - POLECAM!

Das Apartment war im obersten Stock und hatte eine große Dachterrasse. Es war modern eingerichtet und in der Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Eine Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Haus, zur Metro läuft man allerdings ca. 10-15min. Das Haus besitzt eine Tiefgarage. Allerdings liegt es in der Umweltzone und man benötigt dafür eine französische Plakette!

Wir hatten im Bad Ameisen, die auch immer wieder in Küche/Wohnzimmer gekommen sind. Anstatt die Löcher zu reparieren, aus denen sie kamen, wollte das Personal unser Apartment mit Spray und Essigreiniger behandeln. Wir haben das aufgrund der Geruchsbelästigung abgelehnt. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert (nur schwach gekühlt) und hat es gerade so geschafft, das Zimmer erträglich zu halten. Das Personal konnte sie nicht voll zum Laufen bringen.
