Within a short walking distance of tram & metro, good size room with everything you need for a short stay for a decent price.

Shower head wasn't secured properly onto the arm & so sprayed out at the connection point, it was mostly fixed by tightening the connection but still sprayed a little.

You get what you pay for!

Stayed here several times before. Hotel is in a good location for us and has secure car parking. The kitchenette has everything you need for basic meal prep. In addition to the sofa bed there is an armchair to sit on; it’d be good if there were two - one each!

The hotel is starting to look ‘tired’ in terms of decor. The sofa bed mattress is not the most comfortable. One of the 2 lifts was out of order during our stay. The drinking water dispenser was not always refilled.

Location only and the cutleries available in the apart hotel kitchen breakfast staff members.

Where do I start… upon entry to the hotel we noted the playing area where children could play but here’s the joke… when our children played, they were told off and were told to be quiet. We were in room 305. The rooms were so smelly and toilet was horrible. The water in the bathroom didn’t go down quick enough so horrible stain in the bath tub as a result. The bedding also had a lingering smell to it. This was the last leg of our holiday accommodation and for 3 nights and honestly it was not great. The breakfast spread is simple and not much variety for young children. The breakfast staff members are lovely however and attentive and this was appreciated. I’m gutted that I stayed here, it was the first aparthotel I’ve booked whilst in Paris and maybe hotel would have been a better option! They clean the room at a cost and you have to throw your own bins out. For the money I paid I would have been better off somewhere else. Not going to coming here again for sure!

It was a standard 1 bedroom apartment in Europe. Came with breakfast and there was secured parking (parking was extra. Most importantly it was only a 10 minute walk from the metro and 3 from the closest bus stop. 10/10 would stay again!

Good location but uncomfortable bed

Good location and the staff were very pleasant.

The sheets don't even remotely fit the bed. Also, the bed itself was a Murphy bed and had very sharp edges. We both ended up with cuts and bruises from banging into it.

Brilliant.

My recent stay was truly excellent, offering a remarkably quiet, clean, and tidy environment that made for a very comfortable experience. The convenience was unparalleled, with both metro and bus stops incredibly close by, making it easy to navigate the city. For quick meals, a fast-food establishment was also just a stone's throw away. A major highlight was the on-site garage parking, which provided a secure and hassle-free solution for my car. To top it all off, the receptionists were exceptionally kind and welcoming, further enhancing a thoroughly pleasant visit. The surrounding area felt very safe, even for night walks, adding an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The hotel also handled my redirected mail flawlessly. The receptionists were incredibly professional, even indicating a dedicated spot on the billboard right by the elevator that my mail arrived and can be fetched up at the reception. This meant I never had to ask about it, which was a wonderfully thoughtful and efficient touch. My stay in AParthotel Adagio - without a doubt - was an exceptional experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

The only minor point of concern during my visit was the Wi-Fi connection. While the internet was indeed high-speed, reliable, and free, it unfortunately lacked a secure encryption type, which was a slight concern for me. I am cleaver and I used the net only for browsing the net, I arraged payments and banking via my own mobile net.

Very nice apartment well equiped

The apartments are very nice, enough space, utensils and kitchen appliances are provided. I also enjoyed the balcony and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Minor repairs are required in the apartment to make it perfect. For instance, the kitchen exhaust fan button wasn't functional.

Excellent quality vs price. Would return without hesitation.

Well acquainted/furnished apartment with view on Eiffel Tower in the distance. A short walk from a tremendous bakery where we grabbed breakfast and more every day and close to a grocery store. 10 minutes walk from a subway station which allowed us to get into Paris centre in approximately 45 mins and avoid driving/parking in the City.

Cosy but a bit small

It is very well located, only 10 mins from the metro station, a supermarket and restaurants close by. apartment itself was clean and in ok condition, staff super friendly and super helpful

we had a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 but it was too small, it would be perfect for 2 people but it was a bit too tight for us. my husband and I slept in the bedroom and left the kids in the living/dining room but because it is a sofa bed that extends it occupied the whole space so we could not move around. the toilet and the bathroom doors would clash with each other so you had to be careful and make sure no one is coming from the other side

excellent value for money, great for longer stays

Peaceful neighbourhood, close to metro and bus stations, 6-7 min walk to metro line 4 (beware of weekend interrupts in service this summer). Many restaurants and fast food shops nearby, Monoprix supermarket across the street. All kitchen utensils and cookware you'll need if you wish to cook, stove, dish washer, microwave, fridge, we didn't try breakfast but free coffee and juices in bar in lobby are also welcome. Comfy beds, spacious room and bathroom. Ironing board and iron, laundry in basement of hotel. Not much you can wish for. :)

Maybe not so close to city centre if you want to walk, you have to use public transport but plenty of options to all parts of the city. Hallways and carpets may need some refreshment, looking a little worn out, but besides that, nothing else notable as a minus.

Spacious room, with good amenities. Well thought out and welcoming. Loads of storage space, and everything you could need. The balcony was also lovely, with chairs and a table.

Checking in took too long, and the person in the breakfast room made it quite clear that going for breakfast at 9.50 was not acceptable to them.

A very pleasant hotel in a good area.

The hotel was exactly as described in booking.com The staff members were very friendly and helpful with a warm and welcoming smile always. The breakfast was very good, however i would like to suggest adding some vegetables. The free coffee machine in the dining room is a great idea. Cleaning the rooms is once a week. This is written in the hotel description as i remember, so it was ok with us. The hotels treat its guests with full trust. They didn’t insist on paying as we arrived and they didn’t even check the rooms at the checkout. The streets around the hotel are full of restaurants and mini markets. I don’t know about public transportation around the hotel because i had a car with me. Comparing to other similar hotels in other European cities i’ve been to (like London, Rome, Milan…etc) the price of this hotel is much higher. However when comparing to other similar hotels around Paris, the price is fair. Seems that everything in France is much more expensive than any other European countries i’ve been to.
