Not the best. Far from city centre .

Bed and size of room . It was close to Tibet restaurant . Delicious food at Tibet restaurant around the corner .

Very far from town centre . If I know it was that much far from city I wouldn’t rent it . When you enter the apartment people were smoking cannabis if you open the balcony door you could get the smell of smoke and cannabis all night . Bathroom curtains needs to be change they look dirty . And rugs next to bed two of them looks dirty and dangerous because they are very slippery. I was nearly fall down twice . Other than that flat was clean .

The transport system bus 126 outside the apartment and which takes you to the Metro station is superb. Its frequent. The price was very fair more so that breakfast was included. The property is clean. Staff speak very good English. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was spot on.

There is no window on the room which is a downside. And yet the ventilation above the door is covered by the curtains.

THE WORST STAY WE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing at all went ok!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all there was no clean service at the hotel! If we wanted one we had to pay 11euro for an express cleaning as they said! There was no aircondition in the room and there were hot days at Paris that week (30 degrees!) only one fan with so much noise 24/7!!!!! Secondly the breakfast was every single day (5 nights stay) from the 1st hour of serving almost empty! and when we asked for refill the answer was that there isn't any left and the only thing there to eat was bread and jam!!!!! And finally!!!!! we had to ask for toilet paper from the reception and they answer that "I will give you but only for this once because we are not oblidged"!!!!! At the oficial site of the hotel there were none of these information to be seen and of course no info regarding the nearst metro station which was approx. 30 minutes walk and of course none help from the reception!!!!! If we had all these info earlier of course this wouldn't be our choise!!!!!! THE WORST STAY WE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room and entrance was really good

Shower was broken. Breakfast was really small. They served the breakfast at 8 am but when I got there at 8:30 they told me that they won't recharge omlet and sausages. I ate only bread and butter but payed 17 euros for that

Very disappointing, all requests ignored. Avoid

The activities we planned in Paris went well.

Despite booking 2 parking space months ahead of our stay, we had to park in a public facility 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. We requested 2 rooms with single beds, only 1 room had single beds. 1 room had a small balcony, but nothing to sit upon outside. Despite reporting missing glasses and light bulbs, none were replaced. The rooms were run down, cracked tiles in the bathroom, damaged skirting, dust balls in the corners. I would have thought hiring 3 rooms would mean something, but there seems to be a distinct lack of managerial oversight.

Comfortable Hotel, good for a couple of days stay!

The room was very nice, it was very well prepared, it had some food for the late arrival, so we could just go straight to rest! The location is really good!! It had 2 metro stations really close!

The towels they provided could be a little cleaner, they were kind of sticky... Regarding the room sizes, its actually pretty big, but once you start unpacking you realize space is kind of lacking, but its okay-ish

Very nice location as per our requirements for our stay in Malakoff The staff is so friendly and make you feel comfortable

Bathrooms need badly some renovation. Showers are at the edge of acceptable. Noise insulation and smell insulation are just ridiculous. You can tell what people are cooking from the corridors, and you can hear the conversations held on the above floor.
