Good size room for the family of 4. Location is far from airport but convenience to get in to metro with 6-8 mins walking distance. Breakfast is ok. Sound proof in the hotel is super good which give us a peaceful sleep even the hotel is next to the main road.
We arrived at the hotel at 7.30pm and was told that our room is NOT ready! This is hardly acceptable as the checking in time in 3pm. We, with 2 kids, were very tired and hungry when we arrived to the hotel and we still have to wait for our room to get ready.
Power cut at the first night for 30 mins and the aircon in the room is weak.
The cereal table in the breakfast area is very high which is not reachable for kids.
The breakfast time serve until 9.30am. On our second day with the hotel, around 9am, and it is a little quiet at the breakfast area, the staff start cleaning and tidy up, including putting all the chairs up to the table even at the table next to us while we were still having our breakfast, which made us feel like we are not welcoming and chasing us away and that was still before 9.30am.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was also very thoughtful that complimentary water was provided during the heatwave, which made our stay much more pleasant. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly.
Considering the price we paid, it was a bit disappointing that the room did not have a mini fridge or a smart TV.
