Clean rooms and bed linen, comfortable beds, helpful staff and good breakfast. Possibility to leave your luggage if you arrive early. No issues with Wi-Fi or the check-in and check-out process.

Superb rooms and nice facilities.

It’s located next to Paris ring. The air pollution, seen and unseen is crazy high. The rooms are filled with unseen gases. Call me crazy, but this ain’t good for health.

A bit disappointing for a 4 - star hotel.

Abundant breakfast. Spacious rooms for being in Paris.

The air conditioning is limited to 22°C, which isn't enough to keep you warm in Paris' winter. You can't open the windows in your room to let fresh air in, which is bad in lengthy stays. Changed bathroom towels didn't smell very fresh.

Overall, the hotel provide good service. It

The breakfast was really good! Had cooked food, a good mixture of English and Mediterranean breakfast. The location was good too and line/metro 4 takes you straight to the centre of Paris.

The rooms were too small for 3 people. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and very small.

Convenient for a city trip. Enough sleeping space for a family of four.

Good breakfast with fresh avocado every morning. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious too. Nice staff inside the restaurant. Our server could speak German, which we did not expect and everyone got very excited!

The bathroom situation. Shower/sink were right next to the bed while the toilet was around the corner in a separate room. Everytime you went to the loo, you had to come out and walk past your bed to the bathroom to wash your hands.

Good for short stay

Location was good with all modes of connectivity nearby within a distance of 450 to 800 meters. Good breakfast. Decent room with basic facilities. The top of the Eiffel tower was visible and could see it lighting up.

The WC was a little cramped and had a bad smell on the day we checked in.

Perfect stay with a family

The hotel was recently renovated, so both the room and the overall facilities were in excellent condition. The location is great—very close to the metro—and although it's right in front of the périphérique, there was no noise from the traffic. The parking is a bit expensive (€20 per night), but it’s conveniently located right under the hotel. The entrance is a bit tight when coming in or out, but as long as you’re careful and don’t have a very large car, it’s perfectly manageable.

There was a machine in the corridor providing potable water, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately it broke down on the second day and was never fixed. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

A Superb Family Hotel in Paris!

Clean, family friendly and in an ideal location for the metro and bus. Breakfast was full of choice and constantly being replenished. Plenty of tea, coffee and juices. Room for a family of four was larger than expected with three beds (double & 2 singles) still allowing plenty of space to easily move around. Children loved the view of the city and the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window and watched every night as the Tower sparkled on the hour!

Air con could have been more powerful but that is personal preference and not a negative on our stay!

Fantastic family hotel, breakfast had a great selection of choices for both adults and juniors. Staff were fantastic, and their adaptive language skills were excellent! Suite was perfect for a family of four with two teenagers!

Doesn't meet expectations

Breakfast was good.

AC wasnt working properly while Europe was experiencing the hottest summer. We stayed there 4 days and it was very uncomfortable to sleep during night. There was no shampoo or Soap after day 2, we stayed for 4 days. Room service is non existent, room wasnt cleaned properly, no refil of necessary item. On day 1 we didn't recwive coffee cups in the room, had to go to the reception to ask for it. When we went to reception on day 3 after discovering that room service didn't refill our soap, we went to the reception and was given a body lotion, the guy on the reception said that we can use that as a soap as apparently it is the same!! Also advised us that we need to let them know for any soap refil by 5 pm as after that time room service isn't available. Strange logic, I couldn't understand why would I have to ask for it? Isn't it the job of room service to check these on a daily basis while they clean the room?? Also how does the hotel expects tourists to be in the hotel by 5 pm to avail room service facilities.

Lovely well equipped room. The shower room and toilet were both tiny and a bit awkward to access. A single bathroom probably would have made it more comfortable. The positives: The bar is nice and the staff are friendly. The room is large and well equipped and the hotel is modern and comfortable

A few of the negatives: The setting on the Air con was fixed at 18 degrees and it was too warm in the room. There was no milk provided with the tea/coffee facilities and we had to keep going down to the bar if we wanted milk. Although the room was set up for three people, only two towels were ever left and we had to constantly request another set.
