Ok , but wouldn’t come back .

I thought the breakfast was included sadly it wasn’t so opted out .

There’s no kettle or cups to make tea or coffee which I think makes the hotel more of a 2 star . They put all the residents in the same floor so was noisy every night when they came in . The walls are very thin so can hear everything . Can’t really blame the guests .

Nice, clean, simple and a good location.

Excellent little hotel, simple and clean, room was small but perfect for me. Hotel is in an excellent location, largely residential area with easy access to metro. Breakfast was continental, which I knew beforehand, but was perfectly acceptable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again.

The staff are so friendly here. They saw us coming and raced outside to help with the luggage.

It's quite an old hotel, not very clean and no air-conditioning. We stayed on a hot night but didn't really sleep. The area isn't great either.

Excellent! I stayed in many hotels in Paris, but this is the best.

Excellent situated, near the metro station. Very very clean. The staff made us feel at home all the time, always helpful and very nice. Breakfast is truly good and they make fresh bread each morning. For us it will be the place to stay in Paris.

The rooms were comfortable and the location close to the metro station and bus station. The breakfast was also very good, simple but tasty. The parking place was a great help.

It was not a comfortable hotel and I do not recommend it for more than 2 days.

There should have been constant towel replacement, garbage disposal replaced, and water in room. None of those were available. There were stains on the bed covers. The tenants in the room next to me were so loud, I could hear everything. The bathroom was not very clean and my garbage was overflowing, it was not replaced from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. To reach my room, I had to use 2 flights of stairs which was very inconvenient when you have heavy luggage. Breakfast choices are too little.

We are used to staying in this hotel, but this time it was disappointing.

The hotel needs refreshment. TV didn’t work, there was strong smell from the bathroom, breakfast (for which we paid 8.5 euro/person) was really minimum - just tea/coffee and bread and little croissants. Also there was an insect on the wall of the room. Since we are not the first time in this hotel, we know that service and cleanness was much better before.

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de l'hôtel, qui correspondait à notre séjour de 2 jours. La literie est plutôt confortable, et le personnel agréable.

Hormis le bruit dans l'hôtel un peu pénible car les chambres sont très mal insonorisée, nous avons été très déçus du petit déjeuner. Pour 12€ le petit déjeuner, le choix était assez limité, mais surtout la partie salée (charcuterie et fromage) n'étant pas dans un contenant réfrigéré, le jambon sentait très fort le jambon avarié, et ceci les 2 matins. De plus, prendre le petit déjeuner à côté d'une table où il reste une pizza et une bière (de la veille surement) n'est pas très agréable.
