Breakfast.
Even though the price was already set, they charged me an extra 10 euros when we arrived at the hotel.
Slippers to wear in the room were extra.
The room looked worse in the photos.

About a 5 minute walk to the metro and the local shop.
My room was a tad dated, I had to look again on the advertisement but they also show both the newer rooms and the older versions so I couldn’t complain. Overall a good stay!

Reception staff were friendly. The room was cleaned nicely on the next day. Close to a bus stop.
The breakfast (14.50 euro). Staff seem really bored and hover over the guests. While having breakfast the staff were vacuuming and thereafter we were asked to move half through breakfast as they wanted to clear & clean the area. Almost felt like we were being watched constantly which was uncomfortable. However, were helpful if you asked for assistance & cuppachino was tasty.
The beds are not really beds but is a foam placed on top that moves with every movement. Shower drain was clogged. Space tiny & lacked power points accessible.

This is the first hotel I've ever been to where you have to pay to leave your luggage if you arrive before check in time. I didn't have cash and the woman who I assume was in charge wasn't helpful at all and just spoke down to us when I said I have a contactless payment option only. No suggestions were given on how she could help us, in the end I asked for an early check in just to have somewhere to leave my bags while going into town. This wasn't given as a suggestion when stuck with nowhere to leave my bags because I didnt have cash on me. The gentleman who I tried to speak to was trying to be helpful, but every time he asked the woman she didn't seem to want to help.

.
I coudn't get the heating to work. But I was given a good heater straightaway.
Luckily I always take my own gluten free muesli and fruit. I never expect hotel breakfasts to be adequate for me as a coeliac.

We stayed in 3 bed room .honestly room was too small but worth the price
Politeness of the front desk staff and the cleaners

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was on the last and 10th floor, nice view. The beds were very comfortable!
The sink seemed blocked. Could have been more toilet paper, but we could get more at the reception.

Except the hall, the hotel is old and cheap. It’s an ibis budget rather than an ibis. You also have to pay to leave your suitcase, something I’ve never heard of in a 3* hotel. Very cheap. Next time go next door and just pay an extra 5 euros. I won’t stay in an ibis anymore.
Old school
You have to pay for the baggage room

Location and parking was good. As was the price.
Rooms very small and needed redecorated. More pillows would have been nice and the air conditioning was too loud and didn’t really work.

Air conditioning, decently clean. Good breakfast deal.
The description says they have laundry, they don’t. I don’t like when they scam you and when you’re there you can’t do anything about it. They also charged me twice for the city tax, not sure if I can get one refunded. They are not very responsive when you call or email. The rooms are very small, cleaning service every day just makes up the bed, the trash wasn’t really taken out a couple of the days. Distance far from the center of the city if you want to use public transport.

Nothing
here were several things I was not satisfied with during my stay at the hotel. The room was very old and did not meet basic standards. The cleaning staff did not clean the room properly, as there was visible dust under the bed.
Basic amenities were missing, such as a toilet brush. It was quite uncomfortable to use the bathroom and not have the means to clean up afterward—especially considering we informed the staff on the first day that the brush was missing, yet nothing was done.
Additionally, the room was not cleaned at all on the last day of our stay.

The room was so small and there was no space to even move. The bathroom was old and not very clean.
Almost everything! It was my first and last time going to this hotel.

Small rooms, single bed, small bathroom.. but adequate for a few nights by myself.
Breakfast was poor. Could be improved.

This hotel is a low cost tourist oriented place near the ''Porte DÓrleans'' subway - tram station.. Basic room, but clean and quiet. Breakfast is very basic. Lobby has a vending machine to get snacks/drinks,
Since it was raining all the time.. even though the hotel is close to the subway you still would get totally wet.

The rooms had fresh towels everyday and beds dressed or bedclothes changed everyday. Yes it needs updating but for my budget I wasn’t expecting fancy. The beds were very comfortable. I can’t say how nice the staff were we ate in the restaurant for our evening meals and food was very good but the staff especially Atillos and rest of restaurant and bar staff they made our stay so much more enjoyable. Reception staff were so helpful giving information about metros and how to get to attractions. Overall I’d highly recommend it even if not in centre of everything
Location probably just slightly further out than I thought

The room is clean and the staff in the hotel and very polite and friendly. Stayed there for just the night after we landed in Paris as we were leaving the next day to Italy
The rooms are a little congested and a little far from metro.

The size of the room is OK, mattraces are not very comfortable. Bathroom would need some renewal.

Rooms are small but functional, Breakfast buffet has everything you want. there is a bar downstairs where you can have a beer after you arrive.
Popular with tourist groups, expect some delays at check-in / check-out.

Ladies at the reception are really nice and friendly. Hotel is pretty clean.
Breakfast is very poor, coffee is not good. Room was small with a very tiny window. In general ok, but way too expensive for what you get there.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful, testy breakfast with wide choice of food.
The room was very small with tiny window. Overall facilities are quite oldschool, bathroom would definitely need some renovation.

We loved the position, prices. Was easy to take a metro or Bus. Ideal hotel for those looking to save money and for a few nights. very friendly reception staff, we were glad to know that some speak portuguese :)
The room has only two eletric outlet near windows, so who was to other beds ( we take 3 singols beds) it's not comfort to recharge our phones and computers. The room is too small.
