    Really a good hotel. Nice Staff. Helpful . Hotel is bit far off from the metro station, so be prepared to walk 15 mins to reach the nearest Metro / Subway station. Only thing that I don't like - in the breakfast, sometimes either the sausages are burnt or the bacon is burnt. Hope Chef can have the consistency.

    I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share an honest review of my experience, mentioning both the things I appreciated and the areas that could be improved. The Positives: The hotel was wonderfully quiet, which made for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The staff were truly excellent — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did a fantastic job as well; my room was spotlessly clean throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the complimentary drinking water, coffee, and tea provided in the room — a thoughtful touch that made a real difference. The Negatives: Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my overall experience. The room furnishings and fixtures felt quite old and outdated. The personal care amenities in the bathroom were extremely limited. In addition, the hotel's services and facilities seemed more in line with a 3-star standard rather than 4-star, which was a bit disappointing given my expectations. The bed was also uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Finally, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom that persisted during my stay. There is real potential here — the quiet atmosphere, excellent staff, and cleanliness are strong points worth building on. However, updating the room furnishings, improving the bed comfort, addressing the bathroom odor, and expanding the in-room amenities would go a long way toward meeting a true 4-star standard.
