I can’t say enough about this hotel. It was clean. Staff were super nice. Very helpful. Being predominantly English speaking, it was a smooth interaction with the staff. Perfect location away from the tourists. Convient to the metro that takes you into the heart of Paris. I will definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

My spouse and I stayed at Séjours & Affaires Malakoff for three nights. It was a perfect location with easy access to public transit, including the subway. The centre of Paris is only minutes away, without the nosebleed prices in the heart of Paris. We didn't feel like the location was a compromise and having previously stayed in the heart of Paris on many occasions truly enjoyed the community vibe of Malakoff. As for the hotel itself, it's a mixed bag. On the positive side, staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. Our room had the most comfortable bed; I've stayed in many hotels and for me this was near the top in comfort. The room had a great balcony as well, spacious and inviting where we could sit back and truly enjoy a glass of wine away from the tight surroundings of the room. On the downside, the hotel room was a bit tired, very basic and in definite need of a refresh. It had a bit of a dorm room feel. Although we had a small kitchen area, it wasn't particularly well equipped. Most notable, on our first night there we picked up a bottle of wine, and it being France, was corked. It being France I assumed the room, equipped with a kitchen and wine glasses, would also have a corkscrew. Nope. I went to the front desk which could also not provide me with a corkscrew, nor was one available in the breakfast room. No option left but to go out and buy one. Although the staff was sincerely apologetic, this is more of a management issue in my mind.

The hotel was in a great location, just 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and after 10 minutes we reached the metro line 4 and got to visit so many places with the unlimited travel pass. Clean hotel, nice staff, 24hours entry with your card/key.

We had a lovely stay! The studio was a little small but clean and really had everything my friend and I needed! The beds could be together for a couple or separated into 2 twins. The buffet style breakfast and unlimited coffee was organic and very affordable at 10 euros! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! They even gave us a welcome gift with pasta and sauce, cookies, chips, cider. Staff was friendly and helpful and the Aldi nearby had cheap groceries & wine!! Would definitely stay again!

Oh well, you get what you pay for. We couldn't sleep well, very noisy place. Cleaning service was banging the door non stop, also the customers. The noise was coming from outside when was windy, you could hear banging something, not sure what, some metal piece I guess, even at 3am. So loud. Last morning we could hear some renovation upstairs from 9am until 12,so annoying!!!!! Noise at night, noise in the morning. The good thing was heating in the bathroom and cheap price. The heating in the room didn't work properly. The shower curtain was not wide enough so we had to clean wet floor non stop. Cleaning is not provided, no toilet brush provided... No fresh towels. I was happy to leave this place. We won't be back even for free. The ladies at the reception were nice.

Great for a short stay. Small fairly well-equipped kitchen. Quiet street and very decent breakfast. Front desk people were very nice. However the other staff (breakfast people) seem to not be able to smile and don’t give the impression they like their job. Two blocks away from an Intermarché supermarket and close to restaurants and stores.

The staffs are kind, but they can't well speak English. So communication is difficult. Even though I stayed for 7days, they did not clean the room and offer new towels until checking out. And they served breakfast with simple, same menu for 7 days. I was so serious.

We only had half roll of tissue paper in room and went through hell to get more. Room service one time would have been okay but server did not empty waste cans, left no face towels and no dishwashing packet. We thought breakfast was included bur it was not. We paid 18 euros for two breakfast.Its really a wonderful and safely secured place to stay. The ladies at the reception desk were especially helpful and accomodating. I give them a 10

We had to change our hotel reservation at the last minute, so could not find any hotel closer than this to the Paris Expo site (a 25 minute walk). From the hotel it is a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Two hours from CDG airport by public transport with transfers, or one hour plus 90 Euros by Uber. Other than transportation issues it is a very nice though simple apartment hotel. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. You go through 5 security doors before reaching your own room. We had a quiet little 5th floor balcony overlooking the residential neighborhood. There are a few family type restaurants nearby, nothing fancy.

We experienced a bit of an issue with the hot water and the lock on the room door upon arrival. However, they were prompt at sending a maintenance guy to resolve the issue. Other than that we had no issues. They responded to our questions when in need. The location was very convenient to our points of interest. Will surely stay there again during the next visit.

We travelled here as a couple after having already spent some time in Paris in a different area. We found the hotel's location in Malakoff and the metro line extremely easy to navigate into the city centre, and we loved coming back to a quieter, safe neighbourhood of a nighttime. The staff were very friendly, the facilities modern and clean, and we really enjoyed having our own place to unwind and cook (there are several supermarkets in the area) at the end of a long day. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
