The location

It felt like a one star hotel in my opinion. The mattress seems a bit dirty to me, the bedsheet wasn't fitted properly so when you sleep or lie down it moves away instantly.. I have a health issue / sciatica pain so I asked for an extra pillow he refused me to give.. I am not asking for any tea or coffee station but at least a disposable cup for the bathroom would have been nice. The Cleaning agents are nice but most of the receptionists were not smiley & seemed a bit cold..

Location was decent and breakfast was good

Room for 3 people was too small and congested. There was not even enough space to move around or keep luggage . There was a bunk bed for kid ( 3rd person ) however there was not even space to climb steps . This is a very budget friendly facility and only to be opted for money factor with minimal comfort

Used what was needed for, not the most comfortable.

Unfortunately on our first day we found our sheets dirty, when we went to reception to request a new pair of clean sheets the staff was very rude. Questioning us how long we were there and if it was actually needed a new pair of sheets. That they could not be sparing them just because. On another occasion we ran out of soap in the shower and it took 2 days to get a refill. If we don’t go and tell the reception we might have gone without soap our full stay. Lastly, we understand that the room is what we paid for, however it was not the most comfortable, but that was not the biggest issue.

I’d recommend!

Great location near metro station. Nice and clean room, we had fresh towels and bed sheets everyday. Window can not be opened, but ventilaton is really good so it adds up.

Bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. Breakfast was good. I had a view of eiffel tower. Handy for the metro and there was a nice bar & restaurant just by metro exit

Sheets that were too small for the bed so by morning you were mostly sleeping on mattress protector. Towels were thin & basic. I realise it was basic accom bur not even a drinking glass in the room. I emailed before i got there to see if there was a kettle in the room and was told i could get one with €10 deposit. So i didnt bring my travel kettle. When i got there - no kettle!!! And the staff were surly and unfriendly. Only one i saw smile the whole time i was there was the lady in the kitchen.

Generally we were satisfied, it's a decent hotel!

First of all this hotel is perfect for its money. I liked the bed, it was comfy and large, there is also a TV in front. The staff fulfilled my request for a room with an Eifel Tower view. The room was clean when we checked in and the cleaning service was cleaning it every day. A friendly lady at the reception also provided me with a hairdryer and a charging wire for my power bank.

Among the things that were missing for me were not openable windows and no slippers.

Staff and location is great. Even tho it is far from other popular attractions, the area was safe and easy to find.

Wifi connection is very slow, the rooms are not even equipped with basic equipments such as air fresher or toilet brush etc. And the cleaning was not so good as of example there were few uncleaned spots in the bath and the room.

Solo traveller

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly, which always makes a difference. The lady at reception was extremely accommodating, even changing my room for a better view. The hotel was also clean, rooms serviced every day, a hearty breakfast. It is located a bit further out but its a skip and a jump to the metro line 4 which takes you direct to St michel, Luxembourg, les halles . Locally , lots of places to eat and drink and far from the crowds. Highly recommended

Had a view of the Eiffel Tower (8th floor).

The room is very budget. The location is quite far from central Paris (approx 10 mins walk to metro and 30 mins into Paris). Additionally the area itself is not very nice, located right next to the motorway entrance. The room is very compact for 2 people. Room does not have tea or coffee making facilities, or hairdryer. The shower cubicle, while spacious is not very practical as the shower head is unable to be adjusted to be in a position suitable for a comfortable experience (you have to stand against the wall the get the water onto you). Luggage storage only available for a fee after check-out.

Personal was OK, but sometines guest has feeling bothers them if we asked something. There was quite alot of people at breakfast (hotel was ful)… so i recomend in this case to go to brkfast early

This hotel, despite it’s few flaws, is a steal for the price!

The location was great for getting on the metro station. Also, the breakfast was decent and everything was clean.

What probably could be improved is the amenities, which has most vending machines accepting only cash. The bathroom and room is small and can be a little uncomfortable.
