The reception staff were quite rude Only paper cups in room for coffee and no spoons etc. Had to ask for actual ceramic coffee cups and no milk! The walls are very thin and you can hear noisy guests in next room Breakfast was €19 for like 3 hot items and a continental breakfast, better price and food at a cafe in centre of Paris. The food was not good. Had to look for bar staff as bar was never attended. Overall an overpriced hotel for poor service and amenities. Two positives, close to Metro and Bus lines and generally quite clean.

The room was very warm and stuffy. Understandably the windows on the upper floors dont open but there is no ventilation and the room air conditioning was hopeless. I complained on 3 occassions and asked for a room fan but nothing was provided. The duty staff were hopeless. I have stayed here in the past and had a similar problem but i thought i would hive them a 2nd chance. They wont get a 3rd!

Solid hotel for working in the Porte D’Orleans area. It’s a little bit on the edge of Paris, next to the peripherique highway that goes around Paris. But good staff and overall good place.

The hotel is 5-10min walk from the no.4 metro which is a really great connector for sights in the city, and the walk has bakeries and cafes en route which we found really convenient for breakfast before sightseeing. Clean, quiet and convenient.

We paid for the daily breakfast. Totally worth it! Great choices and plenty of options, especially for plant based eaters. The property is about a 7 minute walk to the metro. We booked the suite with a view of the city. We could see the Eiffel Tower, very small of course. Our room was clean and spacious.

Hotel is located close to a subway station. Breakfast was excellent. Good food at the hotel restaurant. Our check in was supposed to be at 2pm but the room was not yet ready. Rooms are smaller than expected. Standard level of cleanliness. One thing that was frustrating is they knew the room was booked for 3 people but only had towels for 2 for 2 days in a row.

Was a great stay, and would recommend staying here. We had few issues, such as no water on the last day, so was difficult to shower or do anything, was an overall issue which they managed to resolve 30mins prior check out time.

The hotel was 8 to 10 minutes from public transportation. The room was clean. Each floor has a water filter. The breakfast it be better for the $20 price.

Good: Well maintained hotel in a convenient location. Close to Orly and easy transport links to Paris. Kind and helpful staff. Good food - breakfast was good and the one dinner I ordered was tasty and affordable. Bad: - The room had a separate toilet which was somewhat odd and inconvenient. The toilet itself looked a bit grim compared to the more modern bathroom. - There were no proper mugs in the room. I was surprised that we were given 2 paper cups despite being a family of 4. We ended up buying paper cups ourselves. - Breakfast was a bit inconsistent e.g. no madeleines on any day except one, sausages looked undercooked on one day.

A great stay in Paris as part of a family holiday. The room was clean and spacious even with 4 in there. Toilet separate from bathroom was a bit strange but worked fine. Our room only had a shower. We qould have preferred a bath with shower. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of continental. Not so much hot selection but fine for us. Great location right near metro. Supermarket round the corner was handy as was the mini fridge in the room. Lots of nice restaurants nearby as well. A very busy road outside but couldnt be heard from room at all. We were in room 521 and had a great view of paris and the eiffel tower. The only thing that bothered me about our stay was that our room wasnt cleaned until around 4pm. The first day we were out until after 6pm so fine, next day we got back to room around 3:30pm to give us all a break but then housekeeping knocked so we vacated while they cleaned. The last day we got back around 4pm to the room not being cleaned. We were so tired and just wanted to rest before dinner so put a do not disturb sign on our room so didnt get it cleaned that day.

Everything of the hotel is good but except the location, they nearby metro but far away from the central, unless you don’t care about the cost of transportation fee and time.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. It was within walking distance from the metro train, but walking to popular destinations was pretty much out of the question. We had to take an Uber to and from the hotel for lost things. Breakfast was separate, but children ate for free. While it was on a busy street, you could not hear any noise from outside. The staff let us keep our bags there during the day while we visited the City before we left for the airport. I would def. stay here again. Friendly front desk staff.

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service . Benoit and Fernando were exceptional with their customer service. Ismail was very kind and helpful at breakfast times during our stay. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.
