L'amabilité du personnel ; la propreté ; le confort de la literie
Deux choses qui peuvent s'améliorer facilement : l'éclairage un peu juste au niveau du lavabo et une porte de la salle d'eau qui grince ....
Une chose plus difficile à améliorer vu la configuration : la douche très étroite avec un rideau qui goutte autour du bac à douche ;

Tolle Lage, in 4 Minuten zur Metro gelaufen, unzählige Restaurants in der Nähe, um abends nach den vielen Eindrücken noch lecker essen zu gehen. Das Hotelzimmer war klein, kein großer Komfort, aber ausreichend, da man ja eh den ganzen Tag ausser Haus ist. Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, überwacht und abgeschlossen, Bad sehr klein, aber hübsch. Leckeres französisches Frühstück, bei dem sogar der zweite Kaffee nicht berechnet wurde. Toll. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen und werden es bei unserem nächsten Besuch auch wieder buchen.
Es war recht hellhörig (daran lässt sich natürlich nichts ändern, sollte man nur vielleicht wissen) und im Bad hätte man noch die Ablage am Spiegel erneuern können, aber vielleicht war das ja eh in Planung. Die Türen verfügen über eine automatische Schließung, lässt aber diese auch enorm knallen.

Location was far from the city centre but close to the metro. Be careful which exit you use, one has an elevator which is helpful with luggage, the other has escalators part way, but requires stairs the last bit up.
Staff were friendly and nice
The bed and pillows were awful, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor they were so hard!
The hallway lights didn’t always trigger on at night so I had to use my phone flashlight.
There’s no elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs or leave it with concierge, but be warned, your bag will not be watched at all times and when concierge is closed you will need to call for someone to access your luggage. This was not a problem, but caused a bit of a scare when the door was locked, while causing stress for the times when it was unlocked and unattended with easy access.
No kettle or coffee maker in the hotel room.
