A great value to stay near Paris with great access to the Metro.

Loved how close it was to the Barbara Metro station. Very convenient to take the Metro into Paris. There is also a grocery store across the street. The room was clean and we were given a fan for our room (very nice with the high temperatures the days we were there)

If you need to stay in Montrouge and there is nowhere else available it is ideal

The location met my needs

Worst, there was no key for my room and it could not be locked even from the inside at night. When I went out, I had to take my belongings with me. The 'hot water' was tepid at best, shower hose could not be attached to the wall so I couldn't use it. Flush plate for the toilet was broken off and left upside down on top of the cistern with the bath mat on top of it.

Great value for money

Room with street view and a terrace. The bed and linens were exceptional, and they cleaned the room every day (making the sheets) . There was a tiny kitchen with all the utensils you needed. Close by there's a supermarket with great prices. The location is five to seven minutes walk from M4 metro line, with many shops, bars and restaurants along the way.

The threshold was missing, and we let the heating run all night at a medium level

L'amabilité du gérant quand nous avons signalé des problèmes. Linge changé le 2ème jour. La situation par rapport à notre projet de séjour

Studio 1 Fuite sous l'évier (seau), paroi de douche qui tombe (pièces manquantes), chauffage d'appoint (bruyant) car radiateur en panne, table pliante bancale, autres petits travaux à prévoir (électricité et murs). Etat de propreté pas au top. Studio 2 paroi de douche posée contre le mur de salle de bain, moisissures sur le mur, prise qui ressort du mur, applique sans abat-jour. Bref des réparations et rénovations indispensables pour une résidence hôtelière

L'état de la chambre. Un rideau de douche qui tient avec du scotch. Un réfrigérateur au milieu de la pièce. Du scotch rouge qui bouche un trou dans la cloison. L'applique murale démontée...

Aceptable

La ubicación es muy buena, ya que se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de una estación de metro y casi al frente hay un supermercado Auchan, muy útil para abastecerse de alimentos, agua, etc. Fue útil tener una nevera, estufa, microondas y artículos de cocina (ollas, vasos, platos). Además tenía una mesita para comer en ella y 3 asientos. Al solicitar cobijas extras, el staff fue amable y nos las dio.

La limpieza del sitio fue muy mala. La ducha estaba rota (se salía el agua cada vez que alguien se bañaba), además tenía moho y la cortina estaba asquerosa, fue muy desagradable bañarse ahí. De los días que estuvimos hubo un día que no pasaron a hacer aseo, ni siquiera cambiaron las toallas. El desague del lavaplatos estaba dañado, no se podía lavar porque el agua no evacauaba y lo peor es que al mencionar el tema al staff dijeron que eso no era un problema. Perdón pero sí lo es. Como dato extra, no hay armario, por ende no hay ningún lugar para guardar la ropa.

Hôtel paisible et agréable dans Paris

La gentillesse du patron (ou du moins de la personne qui nous a accueilli très tard). La jolie terrasse, les équipements mis à disposition (bouilloire, frigo, micro-onde). Le calme du lieu malgré que nous, nous avons été bruyants et nous en sommes désolés (enfants fatigués).

L'état de la douche et c'est tout parce que vraiment un très bon rapport qualité/prix malgré cela et très bien situé dans un quartier calme.

Se faire un avis personnel

Finalement, la chambre n’était pas si mal que cela. Literie confortable. Un ventilateur à disposition et des commerces de proximité.

Difficile de rentrer en contact avec Le personnel sur place (quand même très courtois). Exiguité de la douche surtout pour les gens "costauds". J’ai dû rentrer de profil et rentrer le ventre 🙃 Accès délicat avec des gros bagages.

Logement propre et bien situé, (j'ai rejoint facilement la gare Montparnasse le lendemain ). Une petite kitchenette permet de se préparer un petit déjeuner L'entrée située sur un patio est agréable

La douche, le peu de papier toilette, nettement insuffisant, nous devions être 2 à l'origine dans le logement. Rue un peu bruyante si on ouvre en raison de la chaleur mais bien insonorisé si on ferme la fenêtre

Bel emplacement

La petite kitchenette, L'accueil et la proximité, accès à mes activités facile, stationnement payant mais pratique, la ville calme de Montrouge.

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, l'indelicatesse des voisins de chambre et les bruits et discussions venant du restaurant dessous même après minuit. La partie sanitaire/douche trop exiguë et en mauvais état. Pas de service de petit déjeuner.
