两张大床，电视可以看youtube，有空调和风扇，内部装饰很漂亮，还有小小花园可以透气，步行5分钟有两个超市（其中一个24小时），有洗衣机和晾衣架，特别适合家庭
厕所水池顶上漏水，厨房水槽堵水，油烟机不能用（做炒、煎非常呛人），空调噪音比较吵

Está bien ubicado, cerca de supermercados y todo tipo de comercios. Había metro bastante cerca para llegar al centro en 15 min. La comunicación desde el principio fue genial y en general la estancia fue muy agradable
Quizás le falte un poco de cariño para arreglar algunas cosas. Pero todo fue muy bien y el dueño muy amable

La situation géographique et la superficie de la chambre.
La salle de bain est très mal agencée. Lavabo trop haut. Douche qui fuit. Chasse d'eau qui se bloque. Les fenêtres pas isolés, des chauffages ridicules pour les superficies des pièces. Le bruit dans l'immeuble et de l'extérieur. La zone cuisine ne peut pas être plus petite!
