Read all cons before booking 🙏

It is a rather spacious apartment with wood floor and high ceiling. Good fast WiFi. Very nice neighborhood, close to the metro station, bakery and grocery. The host is responsive and friendly, provides good guide of how to enter the apartment. It has new cutlery and dishes, a coffee machine and microwave oven; also shower gel and laundry detergents if needed. The washing machine is new and clean.

The apartment needs capital renovation. All negative comments from previous visitors are true and seem like nothing has been repaired since then. Very inconvenient kitchen where is hard to operate, awful state of out of order kitchen hood. The kitchen table is sticky and looks dirty. Only 2 chairs that are either broken or just of bad quality, easy to fall over, especially for kids. Nonworking radiators in the living room with decoration that fell down and hit the feet of my husband. 🙀The oven looks as if it is trying to fall down and seems also out of order. Bathroom: ridiculously high sink and lavatory. Broken shower door that cannot be closed and so the water is all over the floor. Bedroom: the mattress is still old and sagging 😁 And yes, the bedroom goes to the street side so it’s a bit noisy, but was not a problem for us. Overall, it feels not really comfortable in this apartment, the pictures made this much more attractive 😟

Nice comfortable apartment to stay in Paris

The bed is comfortable. There is also a small kitchen with all the necessary things for cooking. There is a small courtyard where you can breathe fresh air.

Odličan apartman

Apartman je udoban i čist, a grejanje radi veoma dobro. Lokacija je odlična, to je miran i bezbedan kraj u kojem se osećate sigurno. Preko puta stana se nalazi veliki supermarket, a u blizini ima više pekara, picerija i kafića. Metro stanica je na 5 minuta hoda, sa koje se lako stiže do svih delova Pariza i aerodroma. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je laka i bio je na raspolaganju za sva dodatna pitanja. Osećali smo se kao kod svoje kuće i ako budemo ponovo dolazili izabraćemo ovaj apartman. Dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta. Preporuka.

Nemamo zamerki, jedino da napomenem da su lavabo i wc šolja previsoko postavljeni pa to može biti potencijalni problem za niže ljude i malu decu, ali nama nije smetalo jer smo visoki.

Appartamento delizioso con tutti i comfort, attrezzatissimo, in centro a Montrouge, località tranquilla e carina. Vicinissimi supermercati, ristoranti, boulangerie e mezzi di trasporto. Parigi a pochi km è raggiungibile in mille modi con metro e bus a pochi passi.

Excelente custo benefício a 25 minutos do centro de Paris

O bairro de Montrouge é muito tranquilo e agradável, e em 25 minutos você pode chegar no centro de Paris pela linha 4 do Metrô. Próximo do apartamento há supermercado, restaurante e bancos. Apartamento é bem equipado, com geladeira, fogão e forno de indução, e máquina de lavar.

Ar-condicionado aparentemente não está funcionando - por sorte, não fez tanto calor na semana que passamos lá, mas chegou a incomodar de noite. Há um vazamento no chuveiro - que não chega a prejudicar o banho, é só ignorar.

Schöner Aufenthalt, netter Eigentümer, der sich kümmerte, als es anfangs mit dem Schlüssel nicht geklappt hat.

Es war klein, aber herzlich. Die Betten bequem und war alles Nötige da.

Der Ofen hat nicht funktioniert, oder wir haben nicht herausgefunden, wie man ihn bedient…

Déception totale

Emplacement metro, bus, commerces

Tout est fait de bric et de broc. Pas de chaîne de télé. Pas de replay 1 radiateur verrouillé dans le salon, nuit à 1°...cachr radiateur qui tombe, prise électrique qui tombe, tringle qui pend, fuite barre de douche. WC et meuble sdb trop haut. Cuisine la cata.... Le comptoir colle, ce n'est pas propre sauf le réfrigérateur. Le balai brossées WC est cassé. Très très déçu. Après réclamation booking nous a remboursé une partie. Nous espérons que les propriétaires feront lex travaux pour les personnes suivantes.

La ubicación estupenda, en una zona tranquila y cerca del metro con buenas conexiones, el apartamento de buen tamaño para ser París, calefacción buena.

Al ser un apartamento para tres personas, hechamos de menos una silla más, sólo había dos y añadiria un pequeño taburete para poder acceder al baño, que se les fue de las manos la altura y algunos pobres mortales no alcanzamos al lavabo.

La situation géographique et la superficie de la chambre.

La salle de bain est très mal agencée. Lavabo trop haut. Douche qui fuit. Chasse d'eau qui se bloque. Les fenêtres pas isolés, des chauffages ridicules pour les superficies des pièces. Le bruit dans l'immeuble et de l'extérieur. La zone cuisine ne peut pas être plus petite!

La ubicación muy buena, calidad precio bien, el trato con la persona responsable muy bien trata de ayudarte en todo momento lo único hablar francés o muy bien el inglés para que no tengas problemas.
